This Starbucks location consistently delivers some of the best service I’ve experienced. My orders are always accurate, made on time, and handed off with genuine friendliness.
A special shout-out to Geo, who absolutely brightened my day during my last visit. His positive energy, warm smile, and upbeat attitude turned a simple coffee run into a real moment of joy. Team members like him make all the difference.
I also want to recognize the manager, Kara who runs the store with such care and professionalism. She is always helpful, always happy to assist, and clearly committed to creating a welcoming, well-run café environment. You can feel the pride and culture they’ve built as soon as you walk in.

☕️ 🍵 🥐 Great service at this location. The servers were kind and the drinks came out fast. The seating was comfortable and it was not too busy on a Sunday morning.

If I could give this Starbucks zero I would!! This Starbucks sucks!! Went to the drive through and pulled in behind a Tesla with 2 white teen girls in it.. for some reason they started to back in to me and almost hit my car! They got so close that my cars parking sensors were going off so I honked at them!! The two girls thought it was funny and were laughing the whole time they were ordering mind you I had my 12 year old in the passenger seat next to me. I heard the barista ask them if someone honked through the intercom and the girl replied “yeah they honked at me” and proceeded to laugh once again. As they were driving to the window they proceeded to back in to me again and almost hit me for a second time! They continued to laugh while driving to the window! After I ordered and pulled behind them I got out of my car and calmly asked them if they were backing into me on purpose and they replied “no I forgot to put my car in drive”so I told them to be more careful next time because they almost hit me twice . While they were getting their drinks I could see the barista who was a tall male teenager with a nose piercing and blond curly hair talk to them and heard him tell them “I’m sorry that happened to you! Here take your card back the drinks are on me!” As the two girls were still laughing! When I pulled up to the window he walked away and a short girl with curly hair in a pony tail and black T shirt said to me “unfortunately we don’t like the way you treated the customers in front of you so we’re not going to serve you” I told them that I have a child in the car and they backed into me twice!! I simply asked them if they were doing it on purpose and wasn’t yelling at them but the barista said “that’s fine but we still unfortunately don’t feel comfortable serving you” as I was driving away I heard the male employee say “thank you I didn’t want to deal with her!”I got so mad because I know for a fact that those 2 teen girls were doing it on purpose and if they weren’t they were wreckless and the employees at Starbucks chose to be nice to the teen girls in a Tesla instead of me. Like how was in the wrong? Was I supposed to let them hit my car twice while my daughter was next to me? Those 2 employees need to get fired asap!! By no means should those 2 teen be working there or the 2 teens in the Tesla be getting free drinks for almost hitting people behind them especially when there is a child in the car!! When I asked to speak to the manager the shorter girl with black curly hair said she was the assistant manager!! If that is how she handles things she needs to get fired !! I drove to another Starbucks after where actual adults work and told them what happened and they agreed that I did nothing wrong. People please don’t go to this location and if you do be ready to be disappointed with the service.

Unfortunately this Starbucks is on my way to work so I have to stop by at times to get coffee. They constantly get my order wrong or forget something. Not only that but the customer service is pretty lack luster. Today was no different. The Starbucks closer to my house is way better but are on the opposite direction on my way to work. Thankfully I discovered a Dutch bros that is also along the way.

The worst customer service. I accidentally ordered to my normal Starbucks location rather than this one. And the woman at the drive through was horrible. She was like sorry nothing I can do. You will have to pay to reorder your coffee.
I have never ever had someone at Starbucks not help accommodate an honest mistake. I will never go to this location again. I will continue to use my Shadowridge or cannon location who has the best customer service.

Mixed experience- usually drive through is acceptable to ok, but recently had a poor interaction where a calm and friendly conversation ended with the associate throwing a paper bag at me. I usually prefer locally-owned coffee shops and this was a good example of why.
