Called to complain manager explained hot button right next to warm button on machine And many people don’t like ice in the water So that’s the reason my order was not correct Thank you for explaining the complex situation

Overly long drive through line only for the staff to forget a part of my order. After exiting the drive through and realizing my food was missing, i went into the store only to be greeted by horrible customer service who were completely rude and unapologetic for their mistake. Will never return and would not recommend anyone to go here

Overall love Starbucks but as a previous employee of Starbucks, the attitude of the staff here is not it. I did a mobile order and immediately there was difficulty. The one young woman working was just Bluntly, rude and had absolutely no emotion and was honestly being mean. I tried to get a look Add it, but it was something complicated with the letter T. Will not be coming to the Starbucks again, rather go to a different location

i came in around 7:05 at the drive through today 2/7/25. The only girl working was kind, i’m not sure if she doesn’t know how to make a vanilla latte or what but it’s truly one of the worst coffees i’ve ever had, i took two sips and threw the rest out. It taste burnt and old. Maybe ingredients went bad but this is definitely not a suitable drink to give to a customer.

Just horrible. December 22nd I placed a mobile order when I got to the location the lobby was closed there was a sign on the door that said drive thru only pick up mobile in drive thru. What's the point of placing a mobile order if I had to wait half an hour in line. Can't leave cause I already paid. I'm late for work THANKS ALOT 😡
