The drive thru barista girl was so rude they don’t even say good morning or smile. I asked her for a brown sugar pump and went in the back but didn’t even add it. Horrible attitude!

Wanted to take my time to write a review ! And also say thank you to the manager of this location !!! My parents in their 60’s wanted to get me a gift card and didn’t know how to work the app ! They were helped and said nothing but nice things about the experience! Thank you from the bottom of my heart ! Thank you for the patience and kindness you showed them

Let me just say that this Starbucks literally made my day. I wasn’t having a good morning at all, I was feeling very sad and just full of emotions, the moment I walked in every single one of the barista’s said good morning to me with a genuine, happy smile, and I mean all of them. It made me choke up inside and as I’m writing this review it’s making me very emotional and teary lol I guess you never know what someone’s going through and a simple smile or a nice gesture goes a long way, so just wanted to say thank you to all of them.

I'm absolutely obsessed with this D Starbucks! Antonio always introduces himself and asks what your name is in the Drive-Thru which is such a personalized touch. I asked for them to surprise me and make me their favorite drink. They made this absolutely delectable cinnamon coffee. LOVE this location.

Ranessa and Jc are by far the best at this location. Ranessa’s drinks are the best in the city of Vista. When a barista takes the time to make the drink the “right way” it says a lot about their work ethic and this team has it. Thank you for making my day, everyday.

I'm reminded of why I don't frequent Starbucks anymore. Generally, I like to just get a coffee and previously we used to be able to fix it ourselves with the creamer and even some extra spices! However, covid is over and you still have to wait for them to put the cream in your coffee and to fix it and it's never just like the way you like it. Take me back to the old days and I will come back more often.
