i come here just for the drive through and everytime i come thru have it closed off then once you go inside it’s not busy at all and they’re standing around. not everyone has time to get out of their car.

My favorite treat is a Starbucks peppermint mocha latte decaf no whip. We live very close by and I would rather not have one than get it from here. They always make it taste like drinking toothpaste flavored coffee and no other Starbucks anywhere has ever given me a bad one. Idk if they are mad about the decaf, the no whip (bc if you get whipped cream on a hot coffee you get less coffee, they can't pile it on top with a domed lid like the cold ones), or they just don't follow the recipe correctly. We have lived here over 4 years and even though I will try again, it's always bad. Waste of time and money. The really weird thing is I once had someone bring me one that wasn't decaf and it tasted fine.

Great location! My orders are always on time and at the right temperature. The employees handle stress amazingly. I’ve witnessed some pretty awful customers with impossible requests and the employees do their very best to please the customer and make their experience right! Thank you Aleyna for smiling at customers I appreciate it! Not all customer service reps smile anymore!
It's always the same, they can never take an order right, this time I kept my drink because I waited 15 minutes for it and I didn't want to complain so I wouldn't wait another 15 minutes because I'm in a hurry but it's always the same, I attach photos of what I ordered and what I got I received

This store is our regular go-to store and we Love the friendly staff and customer service! I placed a mobile order this morning to pick up on my way to my nail appointment, but after I submitted the order it showed it wouldn't be ready in time for me to make it to my appt. I couldnt find where to cancel it on my app so I stopped into store to get assistance with that. They were super busy as they were a little short staffed and genuinely apologized for the longer wait than normal. I completely understood, I just didn't want them to make my order and have it not picked up, so I would be fine with just a refund. Instead of refunding me, they went out of their way to make my order for me right then! I almost cried because it was just the nicest thing they did when they didn't have to. I want Starbucks to know what an amazing team you have there at Emerald/West in Vista, CA!!! THANK YOU !!!!
