First of all if there was an option for 0 stars I would happily give this location exactly that. I walked into this location and immediately realized how disgusting the lobby was and especially behind where the drink were made. I asked the barista if my drink can be remade because i found a fly in my drink. The barista was more than happy to replace my order. While I was waiting, I seen that a woman with a black apron was talking to a few of her employees with attitude and i can see how their moods changed after the comments made to them. I will no longer be stepping into this Starbucks location. I hope the baristas know that they are doing amazing and maybe a change in management will help.

The vibe is off when the manager, Meagan, is there. I've seen her reprimanding partners on the floor in front of other partners and customers. Not only that, but her thinly-veiled passive aggressive comments toward partners was off-putting. The other baristas there seem more than pleasant, but if that's how the manager is acting when there're customers in the cafe, I wouldn't be surprised if there's more stuff going on in store that customers can't see. It's unfortunate to see such personable baristas being managed by such a mediocre manager.
