11/6/24 8:44 pm employees hanging out while I waited in the lobby for my order. After 10 solid minutes I thought well it's just me and another person in here, I guess Im not important enough to be asked if I needed anything so I asked about my order and was told to "go over there". I went to sit down and another couple of minutes and I was called.
I hope no one spit in my cup.
Service is hit or miss here.

Most of the Barista at this Starbucks are great but my three faves are Gigi, Jade, and Im so sorry, I don't know the other Baristas name., but he's super nice and sweet.

Garrish ..I had to ask for his name ?. I hope I spelled it right. Nevertheless, everybody I cross paths with at Starbies at this location are pretty chill and helpful,even on their busy days. Have I ever gotten my orders wrong or the ice wasn't filled, yes, but I just ask for more or let them know my order is wrong. At the end of the day, we are all humans. Yes, there will be errors in the mix but I had my fair shares of doing something wrong at work too. You live and you learn.

They don’t know how to make an iced brown sugar oat milk shaken espresso with cold foam here. It’s pure milk smh waste of money

It was extremely loud in here. You would have thought you were at a concert or a rave. I practically had to yell my order so the barista could hear me. This is an internet cafe where people come to Starbucks to talk amongst themselves, study, or get some work done. The staff was aloof, blatantly ignoring me and avoiding eye contact as if they were all secretly praying me away, dreading the idea that someone might ask them for something, which I was going to ask them for a straw, but after standing there for a few minutes being ignored, I guess the turtle gods were turtling, and I left without the straw. Which brings me back to the music. I’m wondering if they keep it that loud to help with the excuse for the staff ignoring customers.

I give this review 3 stars because had I not had my earphones in to study I WOULD NOT be able to think. The music is too loud for a Starbucks/coffee shop. I know marketing and this is high turnover music. Please be conscious of music being played in lounge oriented businesses. I bought a prepackaged juice which was pretty good. So no concern there, the drive thru is always swift & the pastry’s are always warm. Customer service & ambience could use a bit of assistance.

This is the second time in a row I have been disappointed with my trip to Starbucks. The last time my coffee was nowhere near full, even though I paid full price. This time, it is so weak and tasteless, I can hardly drink it. I ordered a Venti white chocolate mocha, and it literally tastes like warm watery milk.

Now I know I don’t need all of the extra calories and sugar, but when I spend $6.45 for a cup of coffee, I expect it to be a culinary delight. This cup of coffee was garbage. Honestly, I question if they forgot to add the white chocolate mocha mix at all. I’m not even enjoying drinking this. I think I’m done with Starbucks, I can make coffee at home, just as good, for less cost.
