It’s disappointing because this used to be my go-to spot for sandwiches! The store officially closes at 8, but every time we call around 7, no one answers. When we arrive at about 7:15, they say they’re already closed. Apparently, the owner is fine with them not picking up the phone after 6:30.

It's a nice little sandwich shop...!!! Better than SW & JM!!! They are usually fast service but they do make the sandwich in front of you so be patient for perfection.

Called to order a few big foot French dips for the family nearly two hours before closing and was told that they put hot food away for the night, so there would be no aujous for the 20$/each dips. You just lost at least 100 bucks. Who puts the hot food away two hours before closing?

The staff was very polite I was just very disappointed ordered triple play. Sandwich was flat not much filler was very skimpy on lettuce and tomatoes. I will not plan on stopping again for a sandwich. The quality of the sandwiches were much better a year ago. Need to make improvement.

So I tried calling about 10 times to have my problem resolved but no pick up and can tell my call was forwarded.I don't know how you screw up an order so horribly especially when it was placed an hour in advance.Missing items, poor quality produce, items I didn't ask for was put on the sandwich making it inedible and now have to find something else to eat after spending $30 here.How disappointing that I can't even get anyone on the phone!
