Subway in Vista

“Fast and easy service. Mary, I believe was her name, very friendly and kind. The other girl was rude and had no respect to customers.
The customer who was ahead of us wanted a to go bag, the cashier threw the bag at the customer. I don't know her name, had tattoos on both arms“

“I ordered 2 sandwiches on the app for pick up and on the way over I got a call from the store. The employee was calling to let me know they ran out of the bread we had ordered for both sandwiches, and wanted to know what bread we would like instead. We ordered close to close so not shocked at all they were out of the popular herbs & cheese bread. I was very impressed that she called to ask what we wanted instead! I work in food service so I know how annoying it can be to have to call customers lol, and not every employee is willing to do it, some people just wait until the customer arrives to tell them they’re out of what they ordered (or just change it themselves 🙄). So I do consider this simple consideration above and beyond service imo. The sandwich were delicious too 👌🏼
The chips were back down the hallway to the bathroom, which felt a little weird but there isn’t much room close to the counter so they’re just working with what they got.“

“Do not rely on the sandwich artist to READ the details of your or order even if you type instructions manually in ALL CAPS. There is hardly any distinction between light and regular amounts of toppings. My best subway experiences have been outside of the app. Also, the app will tell you the sub is ready but when you arrive at the restaurant you will either have to wait in line or it hasn’t even been started yet unless there are no other orders or customers being helped. Subway, have your people measure out the amounts for toppings instead of leaving it up to them. There is absolutely NO consistency from restaurant to restaurant. From now on I’ll just stand at the counter and have them make it to order just like old times. Ordering in advance is useless.“

“Always great service here! Sandwiches are always made perfectly (I’ve worked at 3 subways before so I know when they’re made good lol!) and the workers actually are nice and typically care :) plus they accept EBT if needed and if you download the app on your phone every 4th footlong is completely free!“

“I absolutely love Subway. Inthunk that they offer about the best that there is in the way if fast food. The food is fresh, it can be healthy if you wsnt it to be. It is relatively inexpensive and it is very tasty. Flr under 10 dollars you can get a good fresh sanwich, chips, soda and a cookie. A meal good rnough to fill you ip for the better part of the day.“
