I went to this location and I feel the lady who was the cashier, she over charge me $13.79 for a sandwich when the one I always got it’s about 11.00 dollars wow and I was talking to the manager in charge, over the phone it seems like they don’t want to help me to get a refund back because he thinks he’s employed is right, and no all I see it’s that she want me to over charge. Don’t go here this is the worst subway. 🙄

Avoid this location at all cost. Using the app my order was mistakenly placed at this location. I called them to instantly dispute or cancel the transaction and and they would not allow me. They said I had to go to the bank. At the location I was at. They showed me how it is easily deleted from their POS. So basically the owners of that location stated these owners are definitely lying. We called three other times trying to get this rectified and they will not do it. No wonder why they have such a bad reputation and I've already contacted my bank and they will be rectifying this as soon as possible. Buy or beware

They have the meat slices blocked off you can no longer see how the meat looks from the glass they blocked it. Corporate if you are reading this you know that sends off red flags. The bread was also stale and your bathrooms are always locked my kid almost went on himself because your employees made us wait to unlock the bathroom they said they were busy and we had to wait my kid had to hold it in for a long time and elderly person probably wouldn't have been able to. It's just wrong. And on top of all that my sandwich did not taste fresh it tasted old and stale.

First of all I used a coupon so may be that explain why there were barely any meat in the sandwich. When we go pick up the order, they locked door and the guy went to open the door seems very moody and unhappy. We also got sick after eating the sandwich. All in all just horrible.

I placed 2 orders online. One for catering for a birthday party and 3 sandwiches for the adults. They did a great job at making them timely, but I’m disappointed in the sandwich I got. The order receipt said I had asked for tomatoes, onions, chipotle, jalapeños, and black olives on honey oat bread and I got none of them. It was a sliced avo Mexicali sandwich and all it had in it was lettuce, chicken, cheese and avocado. I was so excited to eat it but really bummed when I opened it up when I got to the event and none of the insides were there. I ended up throwing half of it away because it was so tasteless. Bummed that I didn’t get to enjoy a good sandwich.

I hope the cleck enjoyed the tip she took. By changing me for more then what I ordered. I know time are tough but taking from customers is just down right dirty.

Their system “crashed” so they cancelled our order as we arrived to pick it up.04/08/2024 Our sandwiches were not made because they didn’t have any pepperoni, they had to slice it. Which is an automatic slicer. We paid in store and then I got charged again on my online order. I get stuff happens but who’s there to teach them about customer service? Just two young kids working.
