I placed 2 orders online. One for catering for a birthday party and 3 sandwiches for the adults. They did a great job at making them timely, but Iām disappointed in the sandwich I got. The order receipt said I had asked for tomatoes, onions, chipotle, jalapeƱos, and black olives on honey oat bread and I got none of them. It was a sliced avo Mexicali sandwich and all it had in it was lettuce, chicken, cheese and avocado. I was so excited to eat it but really bummed when I opened it up when I got to the event and none of the insides were there. I ended up throwing half of it away because it was so tasteless. Bummed that I didnāt get to enjoy a good sandwich.

I went to this place the other day. I felt that I payed more then I thought for what I order. I went on the app and chose the same item and found the price difference. I place a 1 star for the theft. I hope the cleck enjoyed the tip she took. By changing me for more then what I ordered. I know time are tough but taking from customers is just down right dirty.

Their system ācrashedā so they cancelled our order as we arrived to pick it up.04/08/2024 Our sandwiches were not made because they didnāt have any pepperoni, they had to slice it. Which is an automatic slicer. We paid in store and then I got charged again on my online order. I get stuff happens but whoās there to teach them about customer service? Just two young kids working.

Food was expertly made and was good. However, staffing at this location is barebones, leaving the one person trying to keep up with a line of people ordering as well as handling online order pickups. Noticed a couple behind us leave without ordering.
Also, a subway-issued coupon we received in the mail failed to work at the register despite being well before the expiry date, and not including the exclusions mentioned.
Friendly employees, but the (white) bread was kind of chewy and tasted old. Not sure what that was about anne not sure I'll be going back for another sub.

Went in this Saturday Morning and when I opened the door the 1st thing I heard was rap music being played So loud i couldnāt even hear the two rude girls speak . The two girls working there looked like they hated their job so much they couldnāt even stand it . They were the rudest , most impolite & Inconsiderate people that ever waited on me in a subway in my entire life . Then the one girl tried to short change me on the meat that thr sandwich usually gets and then to top it off she over charged me by a couple bucks . I couldnāt get out of there fast enough . What ever you do donāt go to this subway, if you have to drive a little bit farther to go to another one , then do it .
