Management needs to train all employees on the basics of food handling and washing their hands before helping customers.

As I had gone in to pick up a sandwich for lunch, there were three workers one female two male, One a younger man. It seem like the younger employee was training. The older male seem to be the manager, and the way that he was speaking to him on how to make the sandwiches was very rude. Super aggressive, basically yelling at him when the younger employee started to make my sandwich. I kept giving him praise and telling him how much I appreciated his hard work since his manager seem to not do that at all. At the end of the transaction, I had made a comment to the older male worker and told him that he needed to treat his employees more with respect on how he speaks to them. He told me that I didn't know anything or what I was talking about started asking if I was a manager which I am, and proceeded to try to kick me out after I asked for his name he started to become hostile came out around from the register as if he was going to push me or come up close to my face I started to record for my own safety and the female worker tried to snatch my phone out of my hand. I walked out on my own and was not trying to start an issue, but to give him feedback on how he was talking to his employee in front of me, which was not right I come to this location often since I work down the street and feel no longer that I can't come to this location because of how uncomfortable they made me feel and how the interaction had went. I have video footage of the interaction and want to speak to someone like a supervisor or HR department because I feel like these employees need to be investigated by asked for their names and they would not give it to me so I would like this matter to be pushed as a priority, since they do not know how to treat their customers or their employees as well. Horrible horrible horrible.

Took 30 minutes and 10+ phone calls to answer the phone. And once answered, answered very rudely and acted like I was a problem. Horrible costumer service and is not friendly.

Unfortunately, one of the worst subways I've visited. They don't accept coupons at this location (not a huge deal) as I understand "participating" locations. The card reader was down which I wasn't upset about, but the staff memeber who made my sandwich was rude and seemed to be inconvenienced by my presence. The woman working the register was preoccupied with a phone call. The sandwich prep wasn't up to par with other locations as well. Maybe travel on and find another location

I have always visited the different Subway locations and regularly the people who work there are very nice but today I went to the sycamore location in Vista and I very kindly made the order to the employee but she had a very negative, rude and aggressive attitude , she wanted to sell me the sandwich that she wanted and with the ingredients that she wanted, she did not allow me to choose what I would like my sandwich to have, someone should call attention to that kind of negative and rude employees, I hope that someone does something about it

No bathroom available. Had coupon 18.00 for 3 footlongs ended up paying 33.00. No coupons accepted. Took sandwiches to go they were great.

This was honestly the worst experience I could have had at this location. I came in and was not greeted, I had to resign into my subway app which took me a minute or two, so I was on my phone when I entered. But no one said a word to me. There was no one else in the location at this time. When I was ordering the associate failed to mention an extra charge for avocado. I assumed that there would be, every other time I’d gone to a Subway there was one but they always let me know and told me how much it was, never more than $1. But even sometimes being on a budget, I would take it off to save money. Well today the associate did not say anything, I had forgotten to ask about it. When my sandwich was done I ordered a drink and a cookie as well. There was another associate at the register, counting the money in it. I waited a few minutes before she finally said “Just go get your drink “ which I found very rude. She could’ve said something along the lines of “I’m so sorry for the wait, if you’d like feel free to go ahead and grab your drink while I finish up” but instead it was short and rude. Then when she finally finished after about 5 minutes of waiting she rand me up. I noticed her add the avocado. $3 for avocado!!! Are you serious! I’d have definitely taken it off after that, but it was already on my sandwich! Then when I went to scan my app, after she didn’t even ask if I was going to, she told me I was using the wrong machine, again being rude in her tone. I told her I was using the app to scan and she got irritated and told me that I should have told her. Like okay every other location I go to, associates take pride in there work and use the scripts provided by the company. Like “There is an additional charge for avocado, it’s …. Would you still like it?” Or “will you be paying with our app today?” This was honestly an awful visit. Subway, do better. Someone get a district manager over here and show her how to keep her composure and use the scripts. Not come after paying customers for not reminding her to do her job.

We order two meatballs sandwiches, they said that they only had enough meatballs for one. Which is kind of funny. So one of my kids purchased a tuna One, I gave her half of my meatball, I was stuck eating a tuna fish 1/2. So they only get three stars because They only let me know after making the first sandwich.

I have to say that if anyone adds a negative review it is because they are unhappy people taking it out on others. I have nothing but good things to say about the service, staff and food. The minute I entered the cafe I was greeted with a smile and was offered a seat inside or outdoors. I placed an order for avocado toast and a mocha and I was NOT disappointed. It smells very fresh inside and I could smell aromas of bread baking in the oven. The waitress is a hussler because she took my order and within 10 minutes was outside putting my order on the table. She was very polite and checked on me frequently. It is a quiet little cafe in the corner of a plaza and plenty of parking. I wouldn't go to Starbucks for any reason because the coffee here is Delicioso! I will definitely go back to try the fruit bowls because of how flavorful the food is.
