Do not rely on the sandwich artist to READ the details of your or order even if you type instructions manually in ALL CAPS. There is hardly any distinction between light and regular amounts of toppings. My best subway experiences have been outside of the app. Also, the app will tell you the sub is ready but when you arrive at the restaurant you will either have to wait in line or it hasn’t even been started yet unless there are no other orders or customers being helped. Subway, have your people measure out the amounts for toppings instead of leaving it up to them. There is absolutely NO consistency from restaurant to restaurant. From now on I’ll just stand at the counter and have them make it to order just like old times. Ordering in advance is useless.

My stomach was angry. It was empty and needed to be filled. It didn’t want anything greasy or fatty. So, I went to Subway and my tummy approved of my choice. The foot long Turkey with extra meat and cheese was so tasty and gave my stomach exactly what it wanted. When I arrived, I was the only person there so I didn’t have to deal with any lines or irate customers. I was promptly served, and the food tasted great. Shhhh, don’t tell my tummy but I also managed to sneak in two double chocolate chip cookies and they tasted great too! Growwwllllll - no! Wait! He’s reading this!!!! Ahhhhhhhhh!!!!

The customer service was trash. Rush . No time to look at the menu. No time to decide if you want something else. Condescending at its best but judging by the reviews management don't care so to customers let this just be a warning.

We ordered a footlong sandwich and a Breadless sandwich bowl and the bowl had the same amount of meat but less of everything else.

Stopped by for quick dinner. 6 inch and 2 cookies. 15-20 min stop. They couldn't get the POS system working to charge me. I waited. Nothing. Had to leave empty handed. Not even an offer to take a cookie for inconvenience. Amazing since they should be throwing away the food that was bagged and handled. Definitely will never go to this location again. Doesn't show any care for customers.

Five stars for Brittany! Place was clean and every chip bag was lined up with precision. Brittany made me a beautiful veggie sandwich and kept the line moving and she was working solo!

I ordered subway through Postmates on Thursday 12/22/2022. My order was for a footlong and was charged for a footlong. When I got my order, it was a 6 inch. I called multiple times and no answer, I left a voicemail with my name, who I ordered it through and my phone number...It is now Tuesday the 27th and still haven't received a call back. I just wanted to get a refund for the difference but now I'm upset that i haven't received a call back, so now I want a FULL refund for the inconvenience. Mistakes happen, but to not call back and take care of the customer is just not ok. *I have pictures from the driver who deliver it , proving it was a 6 inch. Stopped here to grab my kids lunch and the manager/worker Josephine was incredible. Best service I've ever gotten at a Subway. Hope the owner appreciates her.

Worst service I’ve had at a subway chain. Guy couldn’t finish one ladies order that was in front of me before trying to start mine.It took 10 mins just to get a six inch sub.Store also had no napkins and no bags, hardly any chips and small amount of bottled beverages.Never will come back to this location.Perfect subs up the street 10000% better
