I have been here 3 times. Two of the 3 times they gave me the wrong food and I had to go back to get the right food. I love taco bell in general, but this one is new, maybe the employees need a bit more training. They were friendly and the store was nice, just wrong food. I have not had any issues at the other taco bell I go to, so I don't think it's me ?

We went through the drive-thru late on a Wednesday night. They were not busy. We got home before we realized part of our order was missing. The food was otherwise prepared properly and to order. The quality of the food was satisfactory and as expected.

I highly recommend going to this place if you like your order screwed up. I have gone twice back to back and they screwed it up every single time. How hard is it to make a bowl and then screw it up? And then they want to pay fast food workers 20 bucks an hour?To make matters worse I did contact Taco Bell and never got a reply. Good thing Del Taco is just down the road and there's plenty of local Mexican restaurants to go to. I may pay a little bit more going elsewhere but in the long run will be worth it.I had high hopes for this place as it was going to be a new opening and it's close by to my home but I'm just going to have to travel a little bit further to go to the competition.
Service is pretty bad here since they reopened. I do doordash and was trying to pick up an order that had a pick-up time of 5:30. I inform the guy at the front about the order, and after asking his coworkers if there's an order for the name I gave(all of his coworkers straight up ignored him) he just says to me they don't have it. I stand at the front for a couple minutes and ask if they want to see the order so they can get started on it. Another minute later, and they somehow "just got the order". Sure. On top of that, they said it would be another twenty minutes for this single-item order. I understand being busy, but not a good look when you have employees dozing off in the back and not paying attention. I unassigned the order.

ITS BACK! Unfortunately, the engineer that designed this drive-through layout did a HORRIBLE job. It feels like an afterthought. If you have to install 3 yellow poles to protect the sides of the building, you know you screwed up. Look at how scraped up this one is! The place has only been open for less than a week!!!

We waited 30 minutes for a simple order of food and while we were waiting for our food one of the employees instead of working decides to eat right infront of hungry costumers not having their food prepared. Know I don’t want to sound like a Karen but the service was absolutely terrible. After 30 minutes we got fed up and left. And to mention how disgusting the place was and how many germs they’re where. There was a worker literally coughing on our slowly prepared meals. I am not one to normally get angry like this but after a long day on the road waiting to have something to eat, paying for the food, and not getting are needs met I am just fed up.
