I had the pineapple yellow curry with shrimp for my main dish and I ordered the chicken wings for an appetizer, the sweet plumb sauce totally sets it off. If you like great Thai food for a reasonable price go to Lur Ros, you'll get full and have some to take home with you!

We ordered takeout from Lur Ros Thai Kitchen for lunch today and it was such an experience! We tried the Green Curry, Pad Thai, and Pad See Ew, and every single dish was incredible. The flavors were truly 10/10. Rich, bold, perfectly balanced.
Portions were satisfying, everything was packed very well, and the quality exceeded our expectations.
We were so pleased with our meal, we highly recommend!
Spice levels 2-3 were pleasantly enough for us and we added some of the red pepper sauce (?) as needed.

I've been eating here for several years now. Dine in or take out, the food is consistently good and well priced for the quality. All of their curries are delicious and it's hard to choose between those or a plate (my favorite is cashew nut). I often get to go orders, but go occasionally with my gf to dine in where we always receive excellent service. Highly recommended

Ordered take out at one of the only Thai spots we could find on short notice and this place definitely hit the spot. The food was on point. We asked for spicy and they delivered on spicy. The pad see ew was lit and perfectly cooked and somehow survived the 20 minute drive to our hotel room. The spring rolls were filled to the brim with fresh ingredients and goodies. We all thought the curry was a genuine hit too. It went so good with the rice. The satay chicken was alright, a little on the bland side, and the sauce it came with was a bit overpowering, so use sparingly. The least favorite item for us was the seafood combo, as many of the items inside didn’t taste all that fresh, but that could have been the consequence of take out so we won’t put that on the kitchen. Overall great spot that we’d like to try again.

Found this place while staying at the Welk, Great service, Fast Excellent meals with tons of flavor. We started with Thai Tea 8 of us ordered, Summer roles, and Satay chicken, a Tom Kah soup, Pad Thai, Cashew Chicken, Pad See Yew, Panang chicken and Pinaple fried rice. Inside had ample space for us with a nice clean dinning area inside and optional outdoor seating. We shared all the dishes and there was leftover for a couple of take home items. Everything was very tasty and spice levels were perfect for all.

Recently had a bad experience, food has always been good until recently
Ordered food, normally it’s always spot on. I went in a few weeks ago and the food was way way too spicy and it was the wrong meat. The problem was that I’m Muslim and they gave me pork as well. Very dissatisfied, I can understand a mistake I called and they told me I could get a different plate explained I was already out of vista. Called back and they said they don’t have any records, she was rude. Just very dissatisfied because this was my favorite spot

Lur Ros Thai helped my frisbee team with a large group order last-minute with party-sized trays, and went above and beyond to make sure all dietary restrictions were accommodated for. Not only that, but everything was delicious, fresh, and ready exactly when they said it would be nicely packaged for takeout. Thanks Lur Ros!

This part of Vista is growing, with new business coming in down the street, the options are better than ever. Lur Ros Thai Kitchen is truly a gem of a spot. In an older shopping center, shared with a great breakfast spot, Lur Ros serves up delicious Thai food.
They are fast and very friendly. The prices are decent and the portions more than filling. I go with Medium heat which is a 3 out of 10 on the heat scale and it’s enough to start to burn a little.
The curries, pad Thai, and the flat noodle dish are my top picks. The Thai iced milk was delicious. The fried bananas much tastier than I expected. They have a sesame factor which I loved and the texture was great too. They re going to be seeing a lot more of me.

Decided to try tonight for delivery. Absolutely blown away by the really high quality (and portion sizes.) Authentic Thai food, good heat measuring, use of authentic Thai ingredients. This will be my go-to Thai restaurant from now on. Definitely eat in next time
