Other than being over 30 dollars for 2 burgers and green beans. I asked for extra cheese and bacon, both being an extra charge. I got no extra cheese and no bacon. The burger is the size of a McDonald’s cheeseburger. I got no receipt in the bag as asked. This place will get your order wrong and overcharge you for items you don’t get. With that much time waiting in the drive through you think they could verify your order. Would not recommend this place unless they do some major policy fixes.

Ordered for a family of 4 tonight. They did not give us my 4 years chicken bites and my lettuce wrapped burger (food allergy) was on a bun without onions, tomatoes or cheese., should have been a lettuce wrapped burger with all the fixings minus mayo.Fries were cold and soggy. Cashier was rude. I asked for 2 side of ranch and 1 bbq and she let me know that they charge for all sides of sauce now. I tried explaining that when ordering online it gives you an option for 1 sauce for the kids meal that is included. Way to ruin our Friday night meal Habit! You literally got nothing right tonight.

Went here after Chick-fil-A messed up my order and didn't include one of the meals. Since we were already down the road we stopped here to pick up another meal. The service was excellent and the hamburger was great. The fries were extra good and the prices were in line for a premium burger. Would recommend.

The has changed in the past few years. As a franchise- it has changed. Staff and service is top notch. Wish the food was great.Buns are different. Patties have changed. I tried their Korean burger/sandwich and got an allergic reaction. I only ordered that new item.

I don't understand why there are so many bad reviews for this location. My mom and I went for dinner and really enjoyed it. The staff was friendly. The inside was clean. Food was delicious! And it's so close to home! I can't speak for the drive thru service as we dined in. They have many options for peppers to choose front and different sauces which I really appreciated. All in all, I will definitely be back.
