Found out about this place almost 2 weeks ago and love the food here. Overall worth the money. Great food, great quality, authentic recipes, and overall great people. The owner is a very chill and cares for the customers. Highly recommend this place!!
Their service time is awful, it took almost 20 min. To get my order and they only had 3 people ahead od me. They are so unorganized,

I tried the nutella filled churros and its soooo good! Not too sweet, crispy on the outside but very soft to chew. Just absolutely delicious. Def would come back again and try the other ones!

Had a pick up order stopped at Albertsons first to get a few things. Then drove to modern churro to pick the order and still waited 15 minutes. Had 4 adults and a kid around the age of 10 working on this order. Took 3 of those adults to check order and still couldn't get it right. Been here several times but today was awful. Good is good but customer service sucks and they need to be on it.

Went there mainly for dessert. Found it cruising Google and thought we'd give it a try. Has a family owned/ran business feel. Small inside and mostly looks like it's designed to order/take your food out. All that being said I ordered the churros and ice cream and was not at all disappointed. It was really good. They are making the churros fresh as you order, so if it's busy, don't be in a hurry.
I love this place. The churrrrros are to die for and the pressed Cuban is incredible. Brings me right back to Ybor City in Tampa. The ladies that work here are special too. Just a different kind of hospitality that seems rate these days.

Very delicious! The churros were great and crispy! The only thing I would recommend would be making the vanilla shakes a bit more tasty. It wasn't that great we only drink less than half and threw the rest away.

A place that primarily makes churros? Yes, please! Of course I had to go. The first time I went they had an issue with the machine so it took a bit longer than expected. They were very kind and apologetic. Things happen and I understood. They fixed the issue as soon as possible and I got my churros. I have been back a few times and every time they have been crispy, hot and tasty. They give you a generous portion in the churro bites (my favorite). The sweet cream cheese dipping sauce is my favorite. The churros are great every single time. The only bad thing I can say about this place is that they now deliver. I don't have to leave my house to get some hot, crispy, delicious churros. As a matter of fact, I'm enjoying some as I write this.
