First time ever trying yellow deli, and my experience was just horrible. Was ignored by the hostesses that were just sitting there off to the side. The vibes being given were shady. The 2 parties behind us were served before we were. We were being ignored the whole time. Over 45 minutes and no food. Ordered 2 sandwiches and a bowl of chillie and nothing. Restaurant wasn’t even busy. Honestly, it gave off ignorance. From the beginning it was bad. Multiple employees saw us waiting and nothing was done. This has happened multiple times to my friends. Highly disappointed.

Top notch! Everything about the yellow deli is nothing short of amazing!! Consistent food quality and friendly staff! My go to is the iced lime and honey yerba mate and a salmon sandwich. There are many yellow deli's in the US and abroad. I love taking family here because of the peaceful environment in which to enjoy a meal made with Love.

Always love stoping by when I’m in the area super great ambiance, I love their food, and the cozy atmosphere even though it’s quite cold in there. PSA Cheesecake comes with honey on top also an older Asian or Philippine man wasn’t to welcoming or even nice .. main downside no help

This is a relaxed vibe. If you are in a hurry this is not for you. It is strange to go somewhere that people aren't rushing. Even though this is the furthest concept away from any fast food place it takes a moment to chill relax and slow down. Eating is not a speed competition. No one is trying to eat your food, so slow down and enjoy the experience. I believe most of the food here is grown, raised, or caught by staff. So it is an authentic Farm to Table Restaurant. They also have one in Valley View that in my opinion is even better than this one. The drive is worth it since it is in a secluded area with nice scenery along the way. I have seen people are concerned since it may be a cult. If they are or not does not matter. I was not asked to join or stay. I also saw a sign on the bulletin board that said they have a hostel. I asked the server if they had a Hostel he said "No"
Another advantage is that they are open 24 hours I searched for Restaurant in Vista at about 11pm they were only one of few places that served food at that hour .
Maybe they only recruit the young and the beautiful ?.
