I work for DoorDash, I stopped by to pick up a customer's order. First time ever entering the store. Most restaurant workers aren't necessarily friendly towards DoorDashers, so I don't expect much, but the cashier tonight was on another level. I walked up to the Pick-up area, she looked at me, and then just walked to the register and ignored me. I stood there for several minutes, and she was not helping any customers, but wouldn't acknowledge that I was waiting for an order. No "hi how can I help you", not even whose order are you picking up, just silence. Eventually, someone who was actually making the pizzas came over and asked me whose order I was waiting for.

URBN pizza is so good. We have been grabbing this for years on the way home from work! My favorite item is the URBN salad (we always get a large and would love even more!). We love the red pie with cheese for the kids and the pesto chicken for the adults. They have a unique flavor and the staff are all great!

If you love a great wood fire pizza you will love this place.Its downtown Vista.The atmosphere is very family friendly. If your family is starving get the large you will take some home.My favorite is Hot honey..Eggplant parm also soooo good..Enjoy!@!Btw to clear your palate next store with Handel's Homemade ice cream so rich and smooth..

Urbn Pizza in downtown Vista: Where even Fido can join the pizza party! YES, dog friendly! I feel like I had to search all of the recent reviews and website to try to figure out if dogs were welcomed, sheesh! So there I said it! Alright, so we ventured in with our furry companion to celebrate Valentine's Day, aw so cute right, which was a plus. The Hawaiian pizza we ordered, though? Well, let's just say it left me questioning my pizza palate. It's the classic New York style, please don't come for me - it's just me and the thin pizza don't get along, it's like thin crust that's practically a bendy straw! Had to fold it into a taco just to wrangle a bite. Personally, I prefer my pizza with a bit more backbone, you know? Like, give me something I can sink my teeth into without it feeling like I'm munching on air. And don't get me started on the cheese - it was so thick, it could double as a home insulation. I call it the choke me cheese. But hey, props for decent pricing and a rad vibe. Pizza was ready in 20 mins! The location's prime, and the atmosphere is as inviting as a warm slice on a cold night. Just maybe bring your own backup crust if you're like me and prefer your pizza to stand up for itself!

If you're going to have your website give a pickup time of 55 minutes for carry out, then don't have it ready in 30 just to have it sit and get cold / soggy for 25. Got to this location 5 mins before scheduled pickup and pizza was cold and falling apart from the sauce eating though the dough. Disappointing.

The pizza here is pretty good quality, the crust they use to make the pizza is thin but not to thin and has a bit of the coal residue on it giving it a really good crunch that definitely is good for a pizza to have. The sauce the use is good not to much different than other pizza places but is good none the less. The service was great! The pizza came out fast and there wasn't to big of a line. As well as the seating options they have both inside and outside and is pretty decent size tables. All around I would say 5/5 definitely recommend!!!
