Super slow pick up service, I am notified my food is ready but when I show up its not out yet and I have waited 10+ minutes multiple times now. Have seen workers prioritize people they know over those who have already been waiting.

I got a 10 piece boneless wings and my wings had absolutely no sauce on them. Whoever’s first day was in the kitchen needs to go clock out and never come back.

Do not order from this location! I don’t know what scheme they are trying to pull with the wings, but I was shorted a third of my order. Went back and was not even offered a reasonable excuse. They just gave me the rest of my order and offered me a free drink like that would be enough for ruining my families dinner.

They are so slow, I’ve also worked in fast food and i understand that things get hard, but waiting over an HOUR for a chicken sandwich and some wings is insane. I just hope there was a valid reasoning for the time wait.
I went today during lunch time and was waiting for my food for over 1 hour and a couple of minutes. The two girls working were laughing at me and my coworker when all we did was asked how much longer cause we had to get back to work . Once’s we walked out the store the girls were laughing like if it was a joke that they gave us our food all late . And I had asked for a refund and the girl told me they couldn’t give me one since the manager wasn’t there so then I said okay can you call your manager and she just walked away and laughed. So I called after work asked to speak to the manager and the manager kept asking me if I wanted to get the food redone when I clearly said no a bunch of times , I just wanted a refund and I did ask for him to give my number to the manager that’s in charge of him and he didn’t want to give it to me . Bad customer service ! All of them need some training on customer service!

i had ordered wings and 2 wings still came with feathers on them , i felt disgusted and threw everything out lost my appetite. I didn’t take a picture of the other wing i threw it all away.

Keep your money folks. Very disappointed in the overall atmosphere, attitude and lack of care from the employees. No one came to take my name or check for my food a good 5 mins. Then when they did, they told me it would be another 10 mins (after coming in 30 mins from when I submitted the order since they are usually behind I decided to try and save myself the wait) Food was drowning in oil and there was absolutely no seasoning when it was clearly labeled for it. One type of wing was piping hot and the others cold like they had been sitting for a while. The soda machine was out of syrup and when telling them they looked at me like it wasn’t their problem. Very disappointing

Well I usually am not one of those people who goes around reviewing places and whatnot and usually this place is good. But I ordered delivery today for lunch and the order was wrong. And the sauces were only partially right, but the wings were the wrong ones, I asked for 10 boneless and 10 classic and I got all classic the 10 boneless did not arrive instead they were classic. I am also pretty sure you have a lemon pepper sauce which is what I was expecting but I got a lemon pepper rub instead, and the fries were not the seasoned ones I asked for they were regular. My husband prefers boneless and when he got classic I'm not gonna say he was exactly pissed but he was dissapointed.

I walked in and ordered my food , 30 mins later I had asked if it was ready and they told me 15-30 more minutes.Never in my life had I waited more than 15-20 mins for my order and when I asked for a refund they said it would take 3-5 business days and if I was just ok with waiting a bit longer . By that point I was fed up and wanted to leave and just wanted to get a refund and leave .
