I would give it zero stars if that was an option. Beware of this place. The owner of this café is a thief. She charged us twice for our order of four very expensive sandwiches. She will not give a refund unless we come into the café. We were staying at the Embassy suites across the street for my daughter's wedding and we will not be in the area again. My daughter lives in southern California and I live 2 hours away. The woman hangs up every time I try to explain to her that I can send her a copy of the bank statement showing the two charges within seconds of each other. She remembers my daughter and her boyfriend and she must recall putting her card in twice. She said the first transaction did not go through but clearly it did. And then she ran it a second time. She is a criminal! I plan to call our bank tomorrow to dispute this fraudulent charge. I wonder how often she does this.

1 star for customer service (complete lack of) and overpriced mediocre food. They could care less about running a business because they are typically outside smoking instead of taking orders. Typical wait time is 20 minutes even if you just want a bagel and cream cheese. Why run a cafe if you don't put any effort into it?

Pretty good place for the price. I liked the bulgogi the most. The service was fast and the food was pretty good.

I've been here a few times in the past month and my favorite is their bulgogi sandwich! Flavorful and cooked right. It beats driving all the way to Oakland to spend hella money on bulgogi. And shoutout to Kelly! She is always super warm and friendly every time I've come in (:

I tried to give this place a chance when the new management took over, but I'm done. I could get past the sub-par food by not ordering it, however having a nasty attitude and poor customer service is unacceptable. There is too much competition in the area. If you keep treating your customers like crap, you will be shut down in no time. Please believe me.

I've been here twice since the new management took over. It looks like they revamped the menu, however not all the hot menu items are available. I tried to order kimbab on a fish and chips day. :( Ended up getting the fish and chips special and it was pretty standard. 3 fried fish fillets & large cut fries with tarter sauce and ketchup. Specials of the day come with small fountain drink. On my next visit I got the bulgogi and rice. The Bulgogi is awesome flavorwise, but a bit over cooked. I believe they microwave it prior to serving. Came with a side salad with your choice of dressing. Entrees are pricey, but portions are good.

Came here for convienence but lets just say I wont be back. $7 for a sandwich with the bread almost the size of a hot dog bun is ridiculous. The prices are inflated since the previous owners. FYI if your just buying a soda can or chips from here walk to the other side of the building where the vending machines are they wont charge you sales tax.
