Got the Jalapeño Colby Jack bagel with jalapeño smear and it was pretty good. The bagel was fresh and toasted the way I like it. Service was friendly and courteous. Their menu has a wide selection so if you are looking to have a sandwich or salad that's available too. Will be back!

I always get the Lox on an Everything bagel. So I don’t really know what the other foods taste like. Their lox does the job. However, their cappuccino was not as great. It could be a few things: 1, it tasted like milk to espresso ratio was off, too much milk;2, I’m not a coffee connoisseur; 3, the person making it. But I know I didn’t enjoy the cappuccino like I normally do.

I called in to order because I was short on time. The woman who answered was short, out of breath, and rushed. I never feel positive when approached this way.The food was ready when I arrived. It was average. I ordered an egg bagel sandwich and a toasted bagel with peanut butter.Pricing was slightly above average.

I’ve ordered from here on DoorDash multiple times. I’ve really enjoyed the sandwiches I’ve received on bagels and croissants most. Also the carrot cake is delicious!

Fantastic bagels -- wide selection and plenty of bagel sandwiches to choose from for a filling meal. The bagels are quite big, soft on the inside and slightly chewy on the outside. For lunch, try their pizza bagel -- tasty and satisfying. They are very timely with DoorDash orders, too. For pickup or dine-in, the location is convenient with plenty of parking in the strip mall at the corner of Oak Grove Rd and Ygnacio Valley. Lots of tables inside and friendly service.

The bagels were very good. Nice to find a place that rivals willy's bagels not that i am not in the area anymore I'm pleased to find something that compares them. We definitely be returning especially since i found out they have dutch crunch loafs! :)

Was in a mood for a cream cheese bagel and what better spot to go than bagel Street Cafe to pick one up. They have lots of options in the service is pretty good sitting inside and outside with coffee if you're in the mood for as well prices are fair I don't hear coming too often but I appreciate a really tasty bagel at times. One of my other favorite ones is the jalapeno cheddar bagel . There's such soft tasty bagels they never disappoint anyways with highly recommend this place ambience is nice as well.

I always come here for breakfast and now I am never coming back. The woman who helped me this morning had the worst customer service I've ever experienced. She argued with me back and forth in front of another customer and said it was my fault they made two bagels because two different people tried to help me. She blamed me saying it was my fault and that I shouldn't order with two different people but she was also helping another customer before me so technically she was the one helping two customers at the same time which is why her coworker probably offered to help me. Either way it is not right to have that kind of attitude and you can talk to paying customers in a more respectful manner. Very frustrating experience and on top of that I am also pregnant and all I was craving was a bagel from their shop. I am so disappointed that I feel like I can never come here again because of that one employee.

Good bagel spot for the local area. They have lots of options and service is pretty quick. Seating inside and outside. Coffee is meh, not sure about other drinks. Prices are fair, I come here every now and then.

I come for the bagels, not the service. When ordering online one never knows if what you order is in stock. More than I can count I put an online order in, paid only to get frantic calls while I'm in the shower that they don't have whatever I ordered, whether it's the bagels, or toppings. Staff is in the habit of blaming the customer.

The young man there was VERY kind and professional, made our food great and was just overall a good person. But the blonde/brown haired lady there was EXTREMELY disrespectful to my husband. She insulted him, rolled her eyes, had a nasty attitude, talked with such condescension in her voice to us. But had no problem turning to her coworker smiling and laughing, whilst looking at us as if we were wasting her time. My husband was giving our order and she rudely cut him off mid order, and told her coworker "sorry, he was talking over me." Referring to my husband to her coworker. He tried to order a coffee but she said "we're out." And tried to walk away and my husband had to ask what else there was with caffeine, she said "Espresso." While looking at us like we were wasting her time though she wasn't doing anything else other than leaning against the back counter next to a rag. He went up to ask for our water and she just sighed and pointed at an empty plastic cup, as if she had something better to do other than the stand around. Sad, inappropriate, unforgivable and VERY unfortunate. The only highlight was the young man's professionalism and work ethic. Someone ought to educate her on the finer points of customer service and at the very least exercise the use of words over gestures. Also, I confronted her about it afterwards and she said she was tired and getting off work as if that's an excuse for the disrespect. The young man answered my questions about when the manager will be in and held professionalism even after he was off the clock and apologized on her behalf for her service as she walked away. She even had the nerve to try and shame me for approaching him and asking about when the manager will be in and said "Why are you approaching a minor about me?" I responded with, "I'm asking him a question about your manager because of you, there's nothing wrong with that." It's sad that a minor has better professionalism than a grown adult.

Their BLTs on Dutch crunch are the best!!! Lunch time is usually busy, but it's worth the wait.
