I can’t even express how great this place is! The customer service was top tier, it was beautiful in there from the front door to the restroom, clean, great music, fun, I could go on for hours! We drive from Vacaville to this location and so glad we need and will do it again! The drinks DELICIOUS!

My daughter has wanted to try this place and get the drink with the plush toy. I had no idea what to order and what to do. The amazing staff helped us and gave us samples. They were wonderful! We got the Taro latte 0% sweetened, very yummy!

When you go in you can order on the kiosk and make your customized drink order. Which is an introverts dream. They make your drinks very fast and they taste absolutely amazing. Best boba drinks I’ve ever had it’s my favorite place to get boba. But it is quite pricey. The decoration is really cute and great to take pics with friends(:

I came here last week for the first time while on my 15-minute break for work. Soon as I entered the girl welcomed me, walked me through how the process works, and offered me to try any drink. I got the mung bean pandan latte. It was creamy, rich, and you can really taste the coconut milk. I definitely will be returning as the service was an A+, the drink was an A, and the vibes were also an A+!!

Ordered pink haze Vietnamese coffee and I got a totally different one then ask why they said they’re just following order from the manager.. false advertisement then all my 8 drinks taste watery there nothing compare to different bobertea I been too .. no customer service .. what a waste of $96 never again Walnut Creek .. at least make it right instead of blaming your manager
