I ordered 2 boba with chizu cream and picked them up and I just noticed that they forgot the cream on it. I paid for that but didn't get it. Didn't have time to go back and complaint about it. So disappointed.

Yes the milk tea and coffee here is delicious. But seriously when you are charging $8 for a large boba or coffee that's a bit ridiculous, and it's honestly closer to $9. Also they don't even pay for staff to take your order, they have computer machines taking your order.Secondly for the longest time, they had auto tip for 15% on an $8 milk tea.Pricing for drinks here is quite ridiculous, pretty sure every customer here could agree with me, yea the drink is good, but 8-9 dollars for a boba drink. Crazy...

Just ordered the roasted oolong milk tea. I was really shocked how bad this drink tasted and was textured (had to mix it because it wasn’t blended). Had a weird almost separation texture and it tasted nothing like roasted oolong. Boba was good but the drink was awful I threw it away after a few sips. Can’t even tell you what it tasted like because it was like nothing I had before and nothing I wish to have again. The flavor was all milk no tea. I’ve been to a lot of tea shops and sadly this place doesn’t cut it for this price and quality. The atmosphere is very sweet 16 vibes in there. I hope this place changes their recipes.

Went to this boba place for a warm drink, but they only had cold ones with boba. So I asked for no ice in my cold drink because my throat is sensitive and I recently had a flu but they said they couldn't do that and I was like fine maybe they crush the ice within so its part of process. Got the drink with ice cubes. Like literally ice cubes. Bit confused why they couldn't skip the ice. Good boba, but customer service could be more flexible.

This place is clean, drinks are sooooo good & all the staff are always friendly. We always go here even though we live further out.

Super Cute and Pink! I would say it's more of a drop in and leave shop not a spot for studying or chilling.

The normal milk tea is okay and they don't let you adjust ice level. The donut tastes a bit stale.

A hot day shopping at plaza escuela, drinks like this help you get through the day. I tried the pink pear drink, I wouldn't call it outstanding. It was similar to the other boba places I've been to. I did like the options and the convenience of ordering via kiosk.

It's the cutest vibe of a place!!!! Great photo opts with your girlfriends. Not many seating options. Use the check out kiosks to order your drinks. Didn't have much of a wait. They have your milk tea, fruit tea, matches, brown sugar, coffee options.... What caught my attention was the mochi donuts!!!! And the cute bober bear drinks containers!!!! It's was a great choice after walking around shopping in the area.

We are a tea family. All types of teas. We are big, big fans of Bobba Tea. To me this is a dessert after dinner. Or a full meal depending on the time of day and how I'm feeling. All the kids came in and wanted some after dinner sips. My son got the oolong tea and the daughters got some type of crazy cookie mix tea. Personally I'm a oolong girl and was all about that flavor. We wanted donuts but they were out. Actually, I have never been to a Bober Tea that had donuts in stock. They are always out. One day maybe I can get my hands on one. I've only heard really good things about them.We will be back. We always come back.

It’s cute, I liked atmosphere inside. But boba…2 stars is the max I can put. And it’s not only me, my kid also didn’t like it. Usually, I have to “fight” with the kid to get any, but not this time.

New favorite boba tea place. Drinks are on the sweet side (I get 25% sweetness and it’s bordering on too much) BUT the tea is very delicious and it’s just the right point of creaminess. The mochi donuts are great but I’m here for the tea.

I've been here so many times, i think it's time to give a review. So this is my daughter's favorite place to go to get her strawberry chizu drink. I usually get chizu matcha latte or brown sugar drink. The chizu matcha latte is really good but even with 50% sugar is still on the super sweet side maybe because the brown sugar boba added the sweetness. So my recommendation is to get 25% sweetness with the brown sugar boba.My daughter's favorite drink is the strawberry chizu, now not sure why she likes it so much. I think it's ok not out of this world to get here just for that drink. Maybe because it's strawberry. My son's favorite is pineapple chizu with double brown sugar boba (he's crazy about boba) with lychee jelly. Now pineapple with cheese cream aka chizu, personally i think it's not a good combo but he likes it and he's 9 so yea.. The overall vibe in this place is good, provide tables to chill and enjoy your drink. The decor is so pink and I mean pink... But I come to a boba place for the drink, not how the place look. Drink wise, it's ok. Not enough for me to give a 4 or 5 star rating. I still think Yi Fang is the best drink

Beautiful tea shop in downtown Walnut Creek! Ordering is at a kiosk and the drinks are made fresh to order. Service is quick and efficient. I enjoyed my strawberry green tea which was filled with fresh strawberry purée. I wish I could have tasted more tea, but it was refreshing drink.
