The food is quite delicious. I was busy chatting with the server and the cashier and delivery man who was taking orders, so I wasn't taking any orders... .. They don't even respond to guests because they sit around and chat among themselves. It's always like this on weekdays. Looks like the owner needs some maintenance

The online order system and the kitchen do not work in sync. First, my fountain drink cup was missing. After several minutes of looking for a person to ask, the staff said there was one cup inside your bag; well there was not. Another few minutes passed to tell them there was no cup in my bag.
Later, I found that there is no fork in the bag for my salad. Again, several minutes of looking, I gave up and had my salad with a spoon and knife.

I ordered tuna with a salad and soup. Everything came out as expected. While I waited for my food Trina gave me a tour of the menu and I am super excited to say that I’ll be back to try more food here. There was other crew members on site that I saw that were also amazing and nice.

This location is at Walnut Creek outdoor mall so you will need to park in the structure. The parking garage is free for 3 hours (I believe) and it’s walking distance to the boudin. The location is next to Nordstrom. As far as the experience goes it was easy as I ordered from the app. However there is no notification whether the food is ready for pickup based off my experience. I wish there is a notification on that food is ready so I do not have to wait. The restroom is clean. Also the eating area is also clean
