to DIE for bread bowls here 😳🙌 me and my gal pal decided to swing by a while ago and boy was it a flavor EXPERIENCE! went a little simple with my order and got a tomato soup bread bowl (as pictured) but in visits since then me and her have been HOOKED on the clam chowder! super cozy place to dine in and you will leave filled to the brim.

Hi I was hungry there wasn't food to my liking at a closed deli in the neighborhood so I went today even though my sandwich wasn't hot or toasted it was ok it reminded me of my grandma and her sandwiches perfectly cut good meats I got a turkey and cheddar I'm picky with my cheeses and they accommodated to my taste perfectly and the guy who took my order he was so kind gave a free sourdough loaf such quality of employee very kind and patient even though I was picky on the cheeses and the meat great place I recommend it I didn't try the soups nor the salads but they looked good had a great time go check them out

The food is not bad. But the service is ridiculously slow consistently. Ordered the food online and waited an extra 10 minutes past when it was supposed to be ready. Tried to order food in the restaurant and I should ended up leaving without taking it because after a half hour it wasn't ready and we had to leave.

There’s a huge pile of used plates and eaten food on this one table because people were arriving and a bunch of tables still had food on them and nobody was coming to clean it up and it’s been around 10 minutes and still nobody has come to clean up the dirty plates.
Edit: someone came right after to clean it up. I had a photo of the table but I think they deleted it.

We raised our kids in the San Francisco area on Boudin bread. We now live out of state, but were back in the area for the holidays and wanted to introduce my grandson to Boudin bakery and get a special loaf for our dog sitter. I placed an online order before 9 AM and arrived shortly after the pick up time. Two of the six items were left out of the order and were no longer available. It was very disappointing to place an order that far an advance and just be told that it must not have been packaged up so we were out of luck.

Ordered a Sourdough French dip on doordash. It arrived with literally nothing on it. Meat and bread. No mayo, no cheese, no horseradish. Nothing... food was absolutely terrible. Disappointing experience. Won't try again..

0 for 2 man. I tried lunch a few months ago and it took them about 20 minutes to bust out the most mid French dip ive ever had in my life. They were not busy and had at least a dozen employees in the kitchen alone. I would have never gone back but low and behold gave their breakfast a shot. Ordered a Cali breakfast burrito using their self order system. Again, no line at all. Took them a solid 15 minutes to make my burrito just for me to get it back to work and realize they gave me a vegetarian burrito. Take it back and explain the mistake they made. Manager was very receptive, unfortunately it took them an additional 15 minutes to fix the mistake. At this point I have spent my entire lunch break trying to get a burrito. I will never go back to this location and I might not get Boudin ever again after this. Like many things it got too big for its own good and the quality has fallen off a cliff
Update: They messed my order up again and gave me another Vegetarian burrito after explaining the issue to multiple people including a manager. Now getting a refund and promise I wont be back

Zero star if applicable! The worst lunch experience. I got a sandwich looks like leftover food .the store manager called Makyla refused to change/refund. She was really rude. Poor service, poor staff manners !! I do not recommend it at all !!
