Meal not served after 40minutes. I ordered dine in at 12:32pm. It’s 1:14pm now and still not served. Just a sandwich + soup and two kids soup. Terrible experience, I see many that came after us getting their food already

All I wanted was a shake and it's been 16 minutes. I ordered ahead on the tablet and yet I'm the last one to get my order. Staff is talking too much in the back with what feels like zero priority for time.

As soon as you come in no one greets you or ask if you have any questions about the menu (this is the future of food service) which is fine but obscure. I order a BLTA add chicken as well as a broccoli cheddar soup. I thought these two option would be safe as it’s my first time trying it. I get my order open the box once walking to my destination and my order is wrong. I’m now irritated. I tell a colleague and they state “oh yeah always check your order at Boudin they always get it wrong” if I wanted to have to check, and triply check my order I would be better off making food at home. I go back for a refund because Im on a time crunch and the man is arrogant acting as if I shouldn’t be asking for a refund, and didn’t try making it right or even apologize. For this to be my first experience it was so unpleasant, and won’t spend another dollar here. The service is horrible!

Worst food I've ever had. Employees are walking around like they hate being there. I ordered a French Dip sandwich and it came with only one slice of beef, no condiments and no other toppings. Absolute trash. Never eating here again.

I got the pastrami melt and added Sriracha sauce and BOY was that good! I also got the pesto Mac and cheese and it was so fresh and good! My husband got the short rib melt and that was delicious too he said. Five star customer service too.
Tomato soup and Grilled Cheese sandwich, smallest sandwich everything. But all tasty.

They’ve switched to a tablet ordering system with no human anywhere near and when it failed to process the order there was no one to even help. They can shove their new system and horrible atmosphere. Not going ever again.
