Steaks were disappointing. They were tough not up to expectations. French fries great. Bartender was great also. Knew his business.
The menu is small, but every single dish was delicious from starters to dessert... and my craft cocktail was yummmm!
Food was delicious. The burger was amazing. The French Dip was fantastic and the steak was perfect with an amazing sauce. Serving sizes are small but that's typical. The ambiance was beautiful. It's quiet but you have privacy to talk. In side is very nice. Excelent selection of drinks and whiskey.
We had a wonderful time at BH Wood-Fired Grill! The food was delicious, and the service was top-notch. Our waiter had such a great personality—friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience even more enjoyable. We'll definitely be back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fantastic meal and a great atmosphere!
We had a great dinner, drinks, and appetizers. I wish BH would bring back their fabulous prime rib. We came all the way from Reno to have the prime rib, but it is no longer on the menu. Bad decision ax a restaurant. Please bring it back. Thanks
Food and service were excellent. We dined early and the ambiance was great for conversation.
The food was delicious and the service was attentive and polite. The restaurant and lounge are lovely.
Food tasted stale. One waiter for the whole restaurant who also served as the bartender. It worked because there was only one other table.
Been several time and last time i went i was so disappointed. Food and service have gone way downhill

Have been here twice. Food is good, little on pricey side but not excessive. Portions all appropriately sized. The atmosphere and ambiance is excellent. They pay attention to details beyond food. For a restaurant this place has a great drink / wine menu, whoever is their bar manager has curated a great beverage menu with great cocktails and wine flights. Our server Giancarlo was outstanding. Would recommend and will be back.

Unfortunately this place seems to have gone downhill in quality since my first visit with my spouse months ago.
Back then we had an exceptional dining experience, and so we recommended the place to celebrate a friend's birthday here. Tonight when we went the cocktails were mediocre, and the cuts of beef have definitely declined in quality: When spending $50-70 on a piece of steak, one shouldn't be left with a plate of inedible gristle at the end.
The staff, while friendly, seemed more invested in being told things were good, asking us "it's good right? You're not saying anything so it must be perfect," rather than actually listening for feedback on the drinks and dishes. They also seemed to be at a loss when it came to discussing and suggesting wine varietals, which is confusing based on how much pride Bounty Hunter seems to take in its wine pairings and offerings.
This is disappointing, because during our first visit we thought we had found a hidden gem out in Walnut Creek. After tonight, it's unlikely we will be back unless we're in the neighborhood by chance and can't happen to find a table elsewhere.

Beautiful patio dining, incredible staff. Manager super kind and professional. Our waiter Jean ? From Brazil was wonderful. Very good waiter, fun to talk to and very attentive. Bloody Mary was spicy and delicious. The food was so good. Eggs Benedict very good, loved it on the homemade biscuits, and with bacon a good touch. The side roasted potatoes and fresh fruit just kept on giving. Our daughter had the breakfast burrito, she loved it and she is picky. My husband enjoyed some ribs (as a side, he always has to try the ribs everywhere) and also had the stuffed Meyer lemon ricotta cheese pancakes, he said it all was delicious. I did have a bite of the pancakes and they were exceptional. Excellent experience. My husband and daughter had been in twice before and brought me to experience it too. We will be back so worth the time and money.
I've been to Bounty Hunter many times, and this unfortunately was not a typical, pleasant experience. I ordered the New York Strip as my main and one entire size of the steak was grizzled and inedible, and I had to ask the waitress for a steak knife rather than it coming out when food was delivered. They offered to re-fire the steak which I accepted, but when they brought it back out, they failed again to bring cutlery. My wife spoke to the waitress and asked that we get everything else to go as our patience was running thin. I'm hoping this is a blip on the radar rather than a trend, as again, this normally is one of my go-to's in Walnut Creek.
Service was great, food was good, the atmosphere left a little to be desired but was okay. No real ambiance because we were stuck in the back with a bunch of other people staring at a wall
A friendly welcome at the door. The restaurant had our reservation and we were seated immediately. Our server introduced herself, she said she was new but it wasn't apparent. She was great! The cocktails were perfect - large square ice cubes! The calamari tender yet crisp. Nice! We ordered the salmon, the ribs and a prime rib. All perfectly done, even with a couple of special requests. The family loved it. We'll be back.
