Love this place. Great food and drinks. Love how they switch up menu for seasons. Service is always good as well. The only thing is the noise level and acoustics— it's very loud inside. Outside patio is awesome on warm days; but inside is loud.

Several service hiccups, for us and all the tables surrounding us. Extremely long waits to order, receive items, etc. Cold and drafty near open back patio door. Food was fine! Didn't blow my mind; excellent service or a non-flustered staff would've made it feel better.

We felt rushed the whole time we were there. Salads and entrees came out at the same time. Drinks were ordered first but always came out well after the food. Plates were removed before everyone was done.

It was our friend's birthday and anniversary. Bounty Hunter was the perfect place to celebrate. The food was delicious. The prime rib was perfect, and they had a lobster tail special (butter poached) on truffle risotto. We were in heaven. My husband had the shrimp and grits to give you a new appreciation for grits. Don't skip out before trying the dessert. The cast iron chocolate chip cookie sundae was a big hit with the birthday girl!

Walked in on a Friday night for late dinner and drink. Kinda wish we hadn’t…The cocktails were just okay but the 6 oz wine glass for $20 was not. Way too overpriced! When it comes to the food, I ordered shrimp and grits while my companion ordered the beef brisket. They brought my companion pork ribs which she didn’t order. They proceeded to bring out the most overcooked, dry pathetic brisket I’ve ever seen. The waiter said it would melt in your mouth and that was obviously a lie. They brought out another cut of brisket but it wasn’t much better. My shrimp and grits were okay but definitely not the best. The calamari appetizer was overcooked.Service wasn’t great either.I will never step foot in this establishment again and do not recommend.

If you are a smoked meat fan, this is a good place. Great food, great cornbread, good selection of bourbon and rye, no complaints. Good service and good atmosphere to sit talk.

Service was excellent as was the food. Shared the poke and seared cauliflower, both perfect, as were our mains, sea bass in a rich prawn bisque and slow smoked prime rib. Best wine prices in WC. Bottles at retail plus $25 corkage. All other restaurants charge at least double the retail price.

Our server gave us good recommendations on cocktails: the Autumn in Norcal and Mama Fico. My friend had the carnitas fritas and I had the Bounty Burger and fries. Everything was delicious. I liked the smokey beef smell in the restaurant and the atmosphere was inviting. The only snag was I was charged the extra $3 for additional toppings, which I didn't have. I did request no onions. We had play tickets and had to rush out. I noticed it on the check as I was walking out. Oh well.

Fantastic! Ordered mussels and calamari as appetizers and Ribs and Shrimp/Grits as entrees. All were amazing! Butterscotch pudding for dessert. Perfect ending to a great meal. Service was on point!

Return visit to The Bounty Hunter was a disappointment. Ordered Prime Rib. Portion for the price was small, meat tough and Au Jus luke warm. Shrimp and Grits was over spiced and grits were thick and starchy. Dinner menu appears to have changed, no French Dip offered or other menu staples we have enjoyed in the past.

First time here. Ate outside on the patio. Nice atmosphere. Plants and water features. Good good. I had the French dip. It was tasty. My son had the burger. He said it was good but the bun was not satisfactory. Too small and it completely fell apart making it for a messy eating experience. Fries were half ok, half soggy. Could definitely improve. Service was attentive.

I've come here a bunch and find it's always a reliable option in the area. Classic upscale american atmosphere inside. Nice standalone wine shop. Food is solid overall, but the shrimp and grits -- AMAZING! -- super cheesey with a cajun jus over top. I'll think about them for ages....

Amazing! When we walked in we were greeted by the most awesome mesquite, wood burning smell. We knew we were in the right place. The food was delicious, the service was outstanding, beyond our expectations. If you are looking for a great meal with wonderful service and a fun atmosphere, Bounty Hunter is it!

May have been an off night. We always have had a good time at their Napa restaurant. The gentleman who took our order was somewhat cold and under enthusiastic about the whole thing. Never smiled once the whole time we were there. The brisket was great. Ribs were dry and charred and may have been yesterday's. Chicken was very spicy. All meat portions seemed a little skimpy for a $55 combo plate. I should mention the bus person was very nice, smiled and laughed with us while doing a his job well. My advise is next time you are in Napa, go to the Bounty Hunter there.

It's been a while since we were last there and a number of favorite items are no longer on their menu (fried chicken appetizer, beer-can chicken and brussels sprouts. We ordered two burgers and a salad with Salmon. Burgers were good size and cooked to order. The salad was disappointing - salmon was over-cooked (dry) and the salad mixture was wild greens (wispy pieces that were more air than greens). We mentioned this and the staff brought out romaine lettuce as a replacement. Given the options in Walnut Creek, unfortunately we likely won't be inclined to go back...mostly driven by the menu options compared to past favorites.
