I needed to pick up some pastries for a last minute dinner invite. I was able to order online and my husband drove to pick up the order before they closed. When I ordered online, the website clearly stated that if they were out of an item, they would call me and let me know. Imagine my surprise when 3 out of 7 items were unavailable and no phone call was received. I didn't realize what happened until my husband brought the order home. The employee who handed my husband didn't mention a word. To top it off, I had left a 10% tip which they decided to keep on the full order!
The next day my husband called and spoke to the manager regarding what had happened. He was aware of this issue happened and frankly could have cared less. He said we could come back in and he would apologize. Wow! This was my first experience at this bakery and my last.

They have a good selection of warm beverages including a delicious hot chocolate! They even offer popular favorites like the Dubai chocolate crepe. The BEST French bakery in the Bay Area!

I ordered the ham and cheese sandwich. It taste like a deli sandwich nothing special for the $14. I also ordered a limoncello cake that was stale. I could clearly notice the dryness on the edge from likely being cut a least a couple days before. It was also very sweet. The raspberry cake was ok. like the limoncello cake is was very sweet as well. I will not be coming back

Cute place with decent French fare. Rose vanilla latte was great, roast beef sandwich was overpriced for what was essentially the equivalent of a grocery store sandwich for twice the price. Their baked goods are lovely.

1st time coming here, even though I have walked right by it at least 1 million times. Tragic because this place is a hidden gem! We got the Creme Brulee Crepe which was so good my GF ate it before getting a photo (so unlike her, she is the photos of food type of person) and the presentation at this place is extremely nice (if only I had a photo to show!) we also got a croque monsieur which was super delicious as well. GO HERE! YOU WONT BE DISAPPOINTED.
The staff was friendly said hello and goodbye, and clearly took pride in their work.
The place was also spotless and had a casual atmosphere. It reminded me of places I've been in Europe.
I would recommend this to anyone looking for a great place to spend your morning\afternoon.

There’s no consistency in their preparation anymore. It used to be much better when they actually listened to customer requests. I ordered a Tiramisu crepe, which was more than half empty and had a bitter taste. Despite specifically asking for more mascarpone cheese, they didn’t add any. The ladyfingers were overly soaked, making the crepe soggy and unpleasantly bitter. Disappointed with the quality and service.

My friend had a caprese salad and it looked and tasted SO YUMMY. She also had leftovers to take home.

We had an almond croissant and mocha here. To be honest I was so excited to visit this place after all the nice reviews it had for the croissant but the taste and smell of some kind of essence was overpowering all the flavors.
Mocha - Coffee felt more like filter coffee and was so strong .
