expected more from this place, we ordered one of their platters for 2. the mashed potatoes weren’t very good, the mac and cheese was okay, the salad wasn’t very good and the chicken and ribeye didn’t have much flavor, also the food wasn’t hot at all, the price wasn’t worth it. i would suggest to go to a real bbq spot if that’s what you’re looking for

Food is good.... when they get it right. But that's not often. I don't think I've ever ordered meat and gotten it the temperature that I wanted it. Medium rare? I got very well done. Medium well? I got it rare. They also take forever to make the food, even if it's a salad that all the ingredients are prepackaged for. And that's completely beside the fact that they haven't gotten a doordash order right in the last three tries out of four. Giving up on them now. Bye. Id literally rather cook my own meat. At least I know how to do freakin' medium.

This is a little kept secret! I discovered this chain in 2013, there are several locations but you miss them unless you’re looking for them? I got the Cabo Chop Salad without the Tortilla shell. Something quick and healthy! I order two Lime Vinaigrette but one was more than enough.
Don't let the menu fool you. The food was horrible. And the prices were too expensive for the quality. Won't be returning.

I bought a gift certificate from Buckhorn because I like their food but to me their app is useless. They must find someway to add their gift certificates to their app. Don't you pay your tech people enough to do this. Iam sure if Starbuck can add their gift certificate in their app, you Buckhorn tech department can. Very inconvenient to bring a bulk of these gift certificates in your wallet. I gave your service a poor mark because management and staff don't seem to know how to run their app. If it wasn't management fault, then management should at least have the tech department to correct the problem and do something about it. It's an added bonus to capitalize selling these gift certificates to customers who can just send them online to friends and families. Great way to increase revenue. Don't you think. Get with the program Buckhorn CEO's.
