Order number DT-163.... recived diet coke when ordering regular coke. As well left out the chicken sandwich... I called the the store 19 timed in 2 hours no answer and no answering machine .... But yea lets pay them more, to deliver less that subpar service ..I would only recommend burger king to only an enemy .. have it you way... Lol... I bet you the folks at Macy's don't even make that much but give 10 times better customer service.... If Macy's only sold hamburgers

Not sure why I'm reviewing a BK, I must be bored. This one is always empty inside. The burgers lack flavor and I'm unsure if that's true every BK is or not. The employees are nice, nicer than can be expected with chintzy a/c use provided by the owners only because customers here only use the drive thru.

Ordered a sweet tea & they gave me an unsweetened tea. They told me NOTHING until I tasted & asked if they were out. They said they are out... then why didn't you tell me beforehand..?? Interaction was at drive thru. Fries were cold?? The melt burgers were horrible, the bread was soggy & broken apart. I've always loved burger king but this one is HORRIBLE! Pick a different fast food place, trust.

Tonight 12/21/23 10:11pm, we approached the drive thru window with coupon codes to place orders. The cashier who took the order was not pleasant. Upon arrival to the window, she did not greet me. She said the amount then took payment. Later she demanded the coupons. Coupons were handed to her. She gave the order stuffed in one bag. Upon confirming the order, we noticed cheese on the burgers. I brought it to her attention. She replied, “I didn’t hear no cheese” she rolled her eyes and walked off. She later came back to the window demanding the burgers with cheese. I gave them to her. She closed the window then later returned with the burgers without cheese. The tomatoes on the whopper were soggy.

The food there was very fresh and delicious.The employees there were very friendly, nice, helpful, polite, respectful, and professional.It also was and is, hopefully always will be too, VERY quiet, calm, peaceful, and serene, there, too.I like that VERY much.???
