Today 11/18/25 I have been getting croissant cheese and eggs for the past 6 times and each time the tall bespectacled Spanish-speaking person serves the croissant without warming it up or wearing gloves! My question is; Is it really that hard to warm the croissant? .. Why don't you wear gloves when handling the croissant but you wear gloves when adding eggs and cheese? The other branch, Walnut Creek Burger King, always serves hot croissants and clean ones. I never eat any croissant made by this person and I throw it out to see if they will serve it clean and hot when I come back one day!! But no, they continue to make the same irregularity.

I had a very disappointing experience here last night. I placed an online order around 11:20 PM, and the restaurant was shown as open until 12:00 AM. I arrived at the drive-thru around 11:30, but there was no one there. I could even see my receipt and order printed inside, but all the employees had already left. I only had 13 liras in my account and was really hungry, so I couldn’t order anywhere else. I called customer service, and they said the refund would take 3–5 days. I ended up going home hungry. Very unprofessional to close early while still accepting online orders.

Not much parking spaces, most tables that I targeted to sit weren’t clean, there was only one person taking orders for the drive thru and for the window, but all in all it wasn’t a bad experience at all, I went late in the evening about 6 or 6:30 pm.

Completely incompetent location. Placed an online order for one combo meal, one a la carte burger.
Combo meal came missing the drink.
The burger I ordered was the Texas double whopper which comes with both cheese and bacon included. They did not include neither in the burger and I got a bland sandwich with just patties and lettuce.
You would think these people who do the same repetitive job every single day would be able to follow simple instructions & know what to put on the items they sell right ?
Nope, they don’t.
Make sure you open up all your items before leaving the store or else you will definitely be disappointed when you get home.

I don’t think it’s a location problem. I think it’s Burger King in general. Compared to In-N-out Who offers exceptional service with a smile and provides extreme quality Burger King needs to step it up. I always get heartburn at Burger King but they have great fries. My whopper never looks like the picture that entices me And you can tell the employees are only putting in their time.

Order number DT-163.... recived diet coke when ordering regular coke. As well left out the chicken sandwich... I called the the store 19 timed in 2 hours no answer and no answering machine .... But yea lets pay them more, to deliver less that subpar service ..I would only recommend burger king to only an enemy .. have it you way... Lol... I bet you the folks at Macy's don't even make that much but give 10 times better customer service.... If Macy's only sold hamburgers

Not sure why I'm reviewing a BK, I must be bored. This one is always empty inside. The burgers lack flavor and I'm unsure if that's true every BK is or not. The employees are nice, nicer than can be expected with chintzy a/c use provided by the owners only because customers here only use the drive thru.
