Ordered a sweet tea & they gave me an unsweetened tea. They told me NOTHING until I tasted & asked if they were out. They said they are out... then why didn't you tell me beforehand..?? Interaction was at drive thru. Fries were cold?? The melt burgers were horrible, the bread was soggy & broken apart. I've always loved burger king but this one is HORRIBLE! Pick a different fast food place, trust.

Tonight 12/21/23 10:11pm, we approached the drive thru window with coupon codes to place orders. The cashier who took the order was not pleasant. Upon arrival to the window, she did not greet me. She said the amount then took payment. Later she demanded the coupons. Coupons were handed to her. She gave the order stuffed in one bag. Upon confirming the order, we noticed cheese on the burgers. I brought it to her attention. She replied, “I didn’t hear no cheese” she rolled her eyes and walked off. She later came back to the window demanding the burgers with cheese. I gave them to her. She closed the window then later returned with the burgers without cheese. The tomatoes on the whopper were soggy.

The food there was very fresh and delicious.The employees there were very friendly, nice, helpful, polite, respectful, and professional.It also was and is, hopefully always will be too, VERY quiet, calm, peaceful, and serene, there, too.I like that VERY much.???

Gurl I went to Burger King and this girl yelled at my grandma because she was talking low so I would like her
The store is immaculate on the inside. Tables,floors, the whole caboodle. We were the only ones to order and sit down, so maybe this store gets mostly (only) drive thru business? We noticed a resident parking lot person, so maybe that is a deterrent to getting out of the car and going inside?Anyway, we didn't have any problems with anyone except...Trying to make our order was a little curious. We were the only ones there and it was as though we were being ignored. We looked around corners and peered into the back (all from the front counter) just to get noticed and put in our order please. It did happen eventually and the rest was normal.Food came out hot and tasty. Our order was correct and an email receipt that automatically credited my purchase app happened like clockwork. Hubs did mention that our fast food order was the slowest ever, but I forgave that when we sat down and began to enjoy our meal. We've had bad Burger King so each time we get good Burger King, anxiety melts away and it's a happy time.So, this is a clean store. The food is good. Service is meh. Would I come back? I don't know. 2 out of 3 isn't bad.

Came here on a whim, went through the drive thru. One car ahead of me and it left before I got to the speaker to give my order. I ordered the 2 for $5 breakfast sandwich deal. The food was nothing to write home about, but I was full, so that is all.

It was clean, the staff was EXTREMELY friendly, and using the coupons we received in the mail, a great deal!My kids have been hearing the "have it your way ad" so they went in there asking to customize (nothing major) and even asked for those paper crowns, which the staff was nice enough to provide.Parking was easy and clean also.Parking: Have their own lot
