Very sad to see that this location will be closing effective April 29. Was just there to pick up lunch and saw the sign stating it is closing. Now that people have discovered it, it will be no longer. Don't know why but I've enjoyed their salmon and lamb burgers. Was pretty crowded today so don't knew why it is closing.....

Considering the Walnut Creek restaurant is across the street from 10,000 of the most health aware senior citizens in America, the menu is bizarrely limited. No decent salad. Absolutely nothing healthy available. A better menu could increase business tremendously. But I guess they have to follow the corporate menu. Decent burgers. Nothing special. Don't know who is writing the favorable reviews, as it is not located near any areas with young people and is not convenient for them..

my first time eating at BurgerIM , I was pleasantly surprised how the food is, really really good. Staff was amazing and very helpful, lot’s of parking available. I will definitely go back and I recommend this location to everyone.

I came later in evening while waiting for my boys to finish basketball practice. Slow in service, but yummy burger and fries They apologized and acknowledged the delay. I appreciate their accountability.

YUM!!! I am blown away at how good the burgers are! They are so fresh and meaty like you cooked it at home. Fresh tomatoes and lettuce add the perfect touch. The fries are thick and a nice combo of crunch and soft. The place is very clean and the staff were friendly and attentive. I am hooked!

SUPER SALTY Burgers. I and my wife could literally taste salt 2 hours after we ate. Took exactly 30 minutes to get the order ready. And even then, messed up my order. It was the first time we tried BurgerIM and it will definitely be the last. Plus, their fountain drink machine is not working.

Please tell me how these are sweet chili wings never again will i order here waste of time and money but am hungry so i will eat them chicken hard and over cooked and the workers was stsring as i was walking in kind of weird

I stop by their last night. I pick up my order and was home in 5 minutes My fries/onion rings were cold and my Spanish burger was burnt My shake was great but the total experience was unacceptable. I will not going back

Every time I walk through the door the staff are warm and welcoming. The food is always good. Everything is always very clean and tidy. I always look forward to my lunch break because no matter what kind of day I have the people here always lift me up.
