This place is always great. We go there once every few months and always love it. Prices are good, food delish and the tea leaf salad is a real winner – just make sure to ask the server to bring the salad to your table unmixed so that you can do it yourself or they can do it – it's so much more beautiful that way. Note that it's no longer possible to reserve a table – it's all open seating since March 1, 2025. Today it was a bit loud at lunch (very energetic)...

It was pretty easy to secure a reservation even though the restaurant turned out to the packed. Went for dinner and got the prix fixed Valentine's Day dinner which was delicious and a lot of food! There was an energetic ambiance, and the staff were all very attentive and friendly. The only downside was parking, which could be tough, but that's not in the restaurant's control.

Wow! I feel like it's so cliche to call a restaurant a "hidden gem" just because it's in the suburbs or not upscale or something like that. I'll refrain from using the term especially since the place was packed when we went for Valentine's Day. Add in the eye-catching building it's located in and this place is anything but hidden. That being said, Burmese cuisine in general is a bit of a hidden gem. Not very commonly found in the western world...
