Closed down their Park St. Alameda location but left the online ordering open. We placed an order for almost $50 and showed up to an empty building for pickup. Contacted the WC location as well as sent an email through the website asking for refund. Never received the promised callback or any email response.

Me and my wife stopped in on Christmas eve in the early afternoon. Not many people in and we had never eaten there. Got seated quickly. Wife ordered the burrito vegano and I got a al pastor burrito. The burritos were huge and the salsa that came with them was amazing and nicely spicy. We hadn't eaten breakfast so having a huge meal was nice, didn't need to eat much for dinner that night. I also had the Mexican mocha which was really nice.We came back a few weeks later on a Sunday, it was much busier and noisier but it is a small place and it was pretty full. We got seated and our server from last time came over to say hi and that she remembered us. This time my wife ordered the tofu fajitas bowl and I ordered the torta ahgada which I was warned was very spicy which was good for me. Food came out quickly for how busy they were. My torta was fantastic and the spice was right on, it cleared my sinuses that was for sure. Service both times was great and the food was spectacular. Will be coming back here often.

The food is excellent! Some of the best Mexican food in the area! Great drinks as well! (The pomegranate Mule was amazing!) The service was very good and attentive. With these two factors, this place is 5 stars. The negative aspect of this establishment is the Brunch ambience. The "bottomless Mimosa" trend is negatively impacting the dining enjoyment. The large parties were so excessively loud it drowned out the music and any attempts at conversation with amongst our party. If we return, it will definitely NOT be on a weekend, which is a shame. Please enforce your policy of 90 minutes and also maybe include behavior expectations?

If you're looking for bomb drinks this is the spot in Walnut Creek! Is a small place but is so worth checking it out. The ambiance is so welcoming, the staff is super nice and friendly they'll make sure you're well taken of. The drinks are the best I've had in California! And I've been everywhere in Cali. Make sure you ask for Cesar at the bar! He's such a great bartender, amazing drinks, immaculate service. We will drive over 30 minutes for this place any day of the week.

This place felt like a legit Mexican place so I came with a friend of mine for lunch. Some of it was delicious like the beef tacos that were on the happy hour menu! Good price. But the carnitas were a little dry and simultaneously greasy (sorry forgot to take pic, was hangry), although still edible. What I didn't like was that there were a million flies swarming around our table and food and no one was doing anything about it. Also, some of the servers seemed to have no clue how to serve. No utensils were given until we had to ask for them. Unfortunately for those reasons (especially the flies) it wasn't the best experience for me.

Upscale Mexican in Walnut Creek = a little pricey. The quality is there, but it doesn't quite satisfy the Mexican craving I usually have. The drinks are really delicious though, and the staff are super friendly.

Stumbled onto this place as we were looking for afternoon cocktails. I was very pleasantly surprised with the food. The spicy tamarind margarita was great. Nice lucky place to go to for good food and good cocktails.

Really delicious tacos, fresh ingredients for the Mexican slaw and very flavorful the tortillas were lightly fried for extra flavor and crunch and the shrimp and lobster were succulent, mahi mahi was little overcooked for me but still good, very popular place for the locals, def has brunch party vibes but also good for families our server was very attentive, also has great coffee!

We celebrated my daughter's bday w/brunch @Capullo. It was my first time there & it was a great dining experience. I arrived late to tables full of food & drinks! The mussels 5outta5! The broth & the chorizo put them over the top, & the garlic bread to sop it up with was icing on the cake. The tostados de langosta 3outta5. They were good, lobster poached perfectly but there wasn't a lot of flavor. The chipotle sauce was surprisingly bland. Everyone enjoyed their food! I can't remember what everyone had but no one left unsatisfied. The service was on point. The staff was very attentive. Nice, chill atmosphere, we really had a great time.

I recently dined at Capullo Cocina Mexicana in Walnut Creek and it was a pleasant experience. We ordered a variety of dishes, including nachos, tacos, enchiladas, and birria tacos. The food was pretty good, with the standout feature being the juicy and tender meat in the tacos and birria. The choice of corn bread was appreciated, though I'm not sure if they offer flour bread. The vibe at Capullo Cocina Mexicana was decent, falling somewhere between not particularly good nor bad. However, what truly stood out was the excellent service. The waiters were attentive and engaging, making the dining experience even more enjoyable. Overall, it's a nice place to enjoy Mexican cuisine with friendly service, and I'd consider returning for another visit.

Went for bottomless mimosa brunch and to watch the Niners game. Service was great and the portion sizes are generous for very reasonable prices.

After reading some comments about how the bottomless margaritas wasn't bottomless I was double guessing but it was fine we got about 10 margaritas I think haha . The food was ok but........... I didn't understand how the Fajitas came with rice but no beans , or toppings for it & charged me $4 for a little thing of sour cream $1 or $2 I could see but a little thing for $4 is wild.

My family and I went to this restaurant for my daughter's birthday on Saturday, 10/21/2023. She has been to this place several times and never had the experience we did on this day. It was a table of 5 people and we had to wait while other patrons got waited on and we had to ask for our server to come and take our order. Once she came over we advise her it was my daughter's birthday and she "acted" like she cared but in all honesty she did not. The other tables around us got way better, energetic service than we did. We ordered the Birria chicken wings, ceviche, chicken and steak nachos (where once you eat what is on top the rest at the bottom is just cold cheese and chips), street corn and tacos. The food came and everything was fine. There was a table across from us that was also celebrating a birthday and the staff came over and sang and gave her a dessert and made loud noises and rattled this instrument and everything. When we mentioned to the waitress about my daughter she advised she was waiting for the rest of the staff to come over but before that we had asked for the check and the waitress walked past us 3 times before she came over and asked us if we wanted the check. I mean we just asked for the check like 30 minutes ago. When the "staff" did come over to "sing happy birthday" to my daughter it consisted of the waitress sliding over a tray of cold churros with caramel sauce, rattling the instrument and walking away......did you hear me....walking away not even singing and not even saying happy birthday and EVERYONE in the restaurant noticed. So the ladies at another table said "Wow they are not going to even sing for her?" So some of the patrons sang happy birthday while the staff laughed and stared at us. Once the waitress finally came with the check it was over $300 which was not a problem but to be charged $4 for a 1/2 ounce of sour cream and cheese was highway robbery. Needless to say the waitress never came back to the table and my daughter had to go over and ask for a manager which they said was not there. It is hard to believe that on the busiest day of the week a manager was not there. Anyway to make this already long story short I will NEVER go back to this establishment and I do not suggest anyone else does either. Not only was it embarrassing but very frustrating. Please do better as a restaurant and as people. No one wants to feel like we felt. Embarrassed, frustrated and confused. Management needs to have some training for this staff. Ugh!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
