Just a random stop because I was starving and I'm glad I did ! I first visited this shop 28 years ago when I first began my career in the Bay Area and frequently visited when I lived and worked in Walnut Creek, I learned on todays visit that this location will close indefinitely on April 17th. I grew up eating Casper's hot dogs in Northern California. I was surprised that they close at 6pm. We went at 5pm and it seemed like they were already wrapping up and closing down. Our hot dogs were good, but not great. It could be that my pallete has changed and when I was a kid, I thought they were amazing. I will return to try it again, but probably not at this location.
