We stopped in for lunch on a cold foggy day with dear friends. We were greeted and seated right away by the glow of the fireplace. Three of us ordered hot tea which came right away. The tea was perfection on a cold day (we were offered lemon, honey, and sugar) but will add that the water was refreshingly cucumber flavored. Three of us ordered the pot pies two chicken curry and one spicy. They were warm, filling, and delicious. I also enjoyed the sublime mashed potatoes and roasted...
Our server was absolutely amazing however the kitchen apparently had it's challenges in getting the food out in a warm temperature. Interesting enough the two owners were sitting at the bar not doing anything. Finally the female owner came to our table of 16 and finally picked up one dish. It's a huge restaurant and it was basically empty I don't see them succeeding much longer
This is one of my favorite places to go. Great atmosphere, service and food. Went there for a girls night out and had great food and drinks. Never felt rushed to leave and the service was amazing. They have a really good happy hour with drinks and bites. If you have never been you should try it soon. You will not be sorry
