Came here on a Friday night with my family and friends and both the service and food was great. The servers were friendly and everything on the menu looked great...we ordered about 10 dishes, plus 3 desserts: green tea mocha, mango pudding, and the fried green tea egg custard mocha. All were delicious! My husband enjoyed the walnut shrimp, fried chicken wings, and salt and pepper fish...and the duck and green beans were a family favorite. First time here, and would come again!

I will miss your China village soup, I will miss your wonton soup, I will miss your green onion beef and I will miss your great service. You will be missed China Village. Hopefully you open up again at another location.

My mom brought me hear 20 years ago and now that I'm an adult I found it again, NO one makes Hunan Beef like they do it is the best! I'm so shocked to find that after 30 years this family owned business is closing it doors. Such a gem to not be in business after the end of August.

This is our trusted neighborhood Chinese restaurant. My daughter found it years ago and it has been a faithful stand by. Their hot and sour soup has been part of my "go to" cure for a cold or even bad allergies - it's delicious! My kids swear by the sesame chicken and beef. It's consistently good and one of our favorites!

Served hot and fast. Vivian the owner with her family are great. The Honey Walnut Shrimp and Cashew chicken are my favorite. Eat in or order to go, it's all good.

I went to Walnut Creek for my friends farewell lunch and we decided to go for Chinese food. We past this plaza and saw this restaurant, so we had to try it out! I love that it's not loud in the restaurant cause you know many Chinese restaurants are loud. We ordered the eggplant, pork chop, and seafood pan fried noodles dish. I have to say that it well exceeded my expectation. Very delicious! If you are ever around the Walnut Creek area, definitely check this place out!!

My friend recommended this restaurant when I was in walnut creek so I gave it a try. The best thing before I even get in is that there is a convenient parking lot. Walking in it was pretty quiet, especially for a chinese restaurant. Service was immediate as I was seated and offered water within 10 seconds. The food. One word... awesome. Not only is the portion size huge but it actually tasted good. I'm from san francisco where I est at alot of authentic chinese restaurant and finding an authentic restaurant in walnut creek is pretty rare. The portion is surprising especially for the price they charge. I'm a 6 foot 3, 210 pound guy and I was full from appetizer and an entree. I highly recommend the salt and paper chicken wing and the crab meat cheese puff. 10/10 will come again.

Service was really great and the portion size was very generous. Plenty of leftovers!

Hey Nico- I'm not sure you know where you are but the dood is always fresh and well prepared at China Village in Walnut Creek. This is a family run that cares about what they put out to the public everyday. My family has been going there for 20 years and are always treated well with good fresh food and prompt courteous service. Please feel free to try them out again. I will meet you for lunch on me any day yo wish. My office is right down the street.

Recently ate here. The reviews aren't lying, this is the worst food I've ever had. The food was not fresh and was microwaved, no doubt about it. It's sad, because I like the location, but I just really can't comprehend how they can serve food like this. I feel as if Aston Kutcher was going to pop out of the closet in the back and say "You've been punk'd"! Well that didn't happen, and I will never be back here. Save yourself the toilet trips.
