Fresh food, great atmosphere, friendly staff, what else can anyone wish for? I always feel like chipotle is Mexican food in steroids, you create your own selection there way you want it, burrito or bowl rice or lettuce or both, chicken pork beef or no meat... I love this place

Wrapped my burrito so badly that when I opened it opened up and spilled everywhere. Went back for a double tortilla and they still messed it up. Food is falling out of the bottom. Terrible service and attitude from the employees. Ratios of the ingredients were completely off; I was given almost no rice but about a whole cup of cheese. Please train your employees better, what if I had gone home and not noticed that the wrap was badly done? How would I have eaten it then? Please fix this issue ASAP, customers need to eat properly.

The Chipotle in Walnut Creek gets more hate than it deserves. People act like every visit should be perfect, but this place is usually fine. The food tastes good, and most days the ingredients are fresh and hot. Yes, the line can be long, and sometimes they run out of something. That happens when a lot of people come in at once. The workers are moving fast and doing a hard job, and they still keep things going. If your bowl is not stacked every time, it is not the end of the world. You can ask for a little more of something and they often help. Online orders can be a bit late, but they try to catch up. The tables and floors are not always spotless, yet the place is still so safe and clean enough. Overall, this location is a solid choice, and people should cut it some slack.

This location used to serve adequate portions but has stoped doing so. Tonight I spend over $40 for two meals where I added double everything (chicken, rice, lettuce, guacamole, etc) and my bowls were still only half full. When I used to order double everything it was overflowing before. Tonight I’m still hungry after ordering a double everything bowl. Don’t waste your money here! You can get an entire chicken and two sides from Limon to go for $40. Not coming here again anytime soon!

I come here a lot and everytime I come if Brittney is working she makes the experience so much better. She always geeats us with a smile, asks how we are doing and goes above and beyond for every customer. While I eat I notice that she is cleaning, taking out trashes and working hard. What ever Brittney dedcides to do in life she is going to succeed. Thank you for making my days a little bit better.

I got a bowl from this location and as I was eating there was a big black hair in my bowl. I know it wasn’t my hair because mine is brown and it was in the bottom of the bowl. This was disgusting and almost made me throw up. Can we please start using proper hygiene at these fast food places. This is ridiculous.
I had an amazing experience at this Chipotle! The worker Julian was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and had excellent communication skills. He made the whole experience enjoyable and smooth. Definitely a standout employee!

Bad location. Received the most poorly wrapped burrito I have been given from any restaurant. The staff is also lazy; there were some girls popping firecrackers on the floor for at least five minutes and it was disturbing the customers, but none of the staff went over to check the disturbance (mind you there were quite a few who weren’t busy). Just go to a different location if you want Chipotle, don’t risk wasting your money on a poor burrito and poor service.

Can’t believe chipotle keeps raising the prices of their burritos was shocked to see just a chicken burrito was $11 was just in a chipotle a few months ago and it was nine dollars for a chicken. Inflation is getting out of hand. Restaurants are just jacking up the prices left and right just had dinner in San Francisco and was shocked to see. They jacked up the living wage fee to 6%. I recall it was 3% when it started. All restaurants are ripping people off. Just got back from soul in Tokyo where the food is half the cost as the US. No tip and taxes included in the price of the food.

Found a hair in my food and a stink bug in the lettuce. One of those on its own is bad enough but both at the same time? Avoid this location at all costs the dining tables are also extremely sticky. Maybe if they had more than one person working on the line during rush they’d have time to clean but it seems management is incompetent at their jobs. Hire more people instead of being cheap.
