Spent $35 for 3 tacos, salsa and a beer. Seems a lot for a couter service restaurant. The salsa was awful; diced tomatoes with a little onion & cilantro, bland, no jalapeños that I could see or taste. Fortunately there was some habenero sauce on the table I selected. I'll have to say that the fish taco was awesome with a big piece of lightly battered fish. The carne asada taco was also very good. The carnitas taco was mushy & bland. Not planning on going back

Awesome tacos. Absolutely delicious. I personally prefer the fish tacos, but everything is really good. Even the tofu tacos are great. The location has fairly spacious seating and extra places to eat outside the restaurant if that fills up.
Vegetarian options: They have delicious tofu tacos as well as beans and rice, chips and salsa and guacamole. Awesome fish tacos for pescatarians.
Parking: There is a huge and really nice parking garage that is free if you are only there for a couple of hours.

The food here is wonderful. I am a big fan of their location in SF Ferry Building, so I was happy to see they opened a location in Walnut Creek.
The service here at the Walnut Creek location really needs some work. We waited over 45 minutes for 3 tacos at lunch. We finally got up to check on the order and they lost it!
They said “ok we will make it right now”
I then waited another 15 minutes and they still had not made it! So I asked for my money back.
They then offered to make the food for us anyway, for free, and we agreed, but when they brought the order they brought it as a to-go order, and when we finally got to eat it they had also shorted the meal a taco.
I had come in to have a nice sit-down lunch with my partner and unfortunately we left frustrated. Try the SF location!

Food is absolutely delicious, it can get quite busy during brunch/lunch but it’s definitely worth the wait. Chips & guac is very fresh, tacos are ALL GOOD, aqua fresca (limeade) is refreshingly good.

This new location in Walnut Creek was decent, it’s right in the middle of a semi crowded retail/ restaurant shopping.. it’s nice to people watch the people go by, but sitting outside in the summer heat will be unbearable!! They only have 1 dinky ceiling outside that gives no coolness.. still highly recommend going for the food!! Fish tacos are out of this world!

Literally the most delicious!!! Loved this place in Oakland and am so happy it’s out here now in Walnut Creek. Everything on the menu is truly incredible - SO GOOD. Also, the salad dressing is crazy delicious. The plates are great, so are the tacos and all of the sides. Go here!! It’s so good.
