Absolutely terrible customer service. Called on Sunday night 2.11.24 to confirm an order placed online (as i've never used the online service before), and the employee that picked up had an attitude about me calling. He was kind enough to let me know he was the only employee working at the moment and my call was an inconvenient waste of time. Then he hung up. Not using Domino's again.

Very poor and rude customer service at this location, I had ordered a veggie pizza and i found that some of the toppings i had initially ordered were missing, when i called the Store manager said, I will get a store credit, when i went in to order new veggie pizza, I found meat in it, when i called up the store to loge a complaint, they were very rude and they said take out meat and eat it. I am vegetarian and this is very offending.

Domino's delivery is SO MUCH BETTER than Door Dash. Dominos makes sure you get your food hot and delivered right to you. Unlike Door Dash, who often just leaves food on the sidewalk unattended outside of buildings. Long live Dominos delivery and their hot food!!

I love Domino pizza overall, but not sure how else to deliver a single yet serious concern that I have: problem is with too optimistic and wrong carry out time their web site gave you when you order a pizza. Not sure if it's Domino's systemic problem, or just staff at the Main st location provide you with a wrong estimate. I understand things happen, and I'm not a complainer, so I waited 20 min longer than the estimation, and assumed it was one-time issue. However, today, few weeks later, totally same problem occurred again: order to carry out at the same location, 25 min est.time shown on Domino's web site, arrived 30 min later, and the pizza was not even in the oven yet, same young woman saying she does her best and she's alone, and me sitting for another 25 min before it's ready. Alright, I do not mind picking up pizza 40-50 or more time since it's ordered and I understand the place could be busy, the problem is not in how soon they can make pizza ready since it's ordered, but how inaccurate estimation the location gave you, just tell me honesty it's 40-50 min prep time, not 25.

Disappointed- I asked for one half with everything and half with mushrooms only- the whole pizza had everything on it. They did not cut pieces well - i had to cut.
Whoever worked here on November 30th 2023 at around 9pm deserves a raise. I’ll always come to this location now because of the excellent customer service and the pizza was fire.

11/6 eveningThe most disgusting thing just happened to my husband & I just now. We ordered dominos pizza to pick up from the one on main (2521 N Main St Walnut Creek, CA 94597). I am driving us & once we get there I told my husband I'll stay in the car (I'm in my PJs). As we planned, he went to next door to get us soda from 7-Eleven before going into dominos to pick up our pizza. We then left to home and enjoy our night.I got 2 missed calls back to back. I called back and I realized it was Dominos pizza. The person on the phone asked if we were just there to pick up pizza, to which I said yes. This person then proceeded to accuse us of stealing saying "the person you sent to pick up the pizza stole 2 soda's from us. We saw it on the cameras. Don't do this again, etc....". At his point I'm looking at my husband puzzled knowing there is no way.My husband responds to this person *call was on speaker* & lets them know he walked in WITH the sodas which he bought from 7-Eleven. This person was still accusatory & rude. This is so unacceptable & incredibly hurtful. My husband told the person on the phone that we will complain about this & they said "we don't care". The crazy part is they lied about watching camera footage.What disgusting staff this establishment employs. Especially if you’re a person of color / mixed race.
