After ignoring the place for years while passing by, and reading some reviews, I decided to try them on a Sunday morning at 7. Here are my impressions: The coffee's not bad. It's kind of nice to have a very early morning option (open 6 am on weekends, and 5 am (!) on weekdays), but if you don't want to overload on sugar the pickings are slim. The apple fritter I had was pretty awful, so it went into the bin. The croissant, which I got as a second choice after, was nicely warmed up, but kind of mushy instead of flaky. Maybe I'll try a bagel or English muffin next, as one final attempt of redemption, before I continue ignoring the place again.My overall impression is: "as expected," cheap ingredients, cheap sugar "glazing" smothering the pastries, not delighted... (While diabetes continues to be an epidemic!)An appreciated touch was the pay-by-phone system not trying to shame me into adding a tip of some "suggested" 20% or so, as is usual at many other over-the-counter-service places. (There is a tip jar where you can put in a bill or spare change if you feel like it...)

Kinda loud and they took a while to understand my fairly simple order, then still required some cajoling to get it right. The food and drink was fine. Probably won’t go back though.

This is now the 3rd time issues w/ incorrectly made food which was delivered but besides that; in addition, there was an item omitted as well - I am completely baffled at the lack of consistency - DUNKIN' send a rep out to reboot/retrain these workers

I used to like this place, but the app got too chatty to deal with, and after deleting it my orders got messed up too many times. Manager has to okay every order fix. Finally messed up the same order twice in a row. I'm done.

Super nice donut shop! Used to go here every week. Donuts are fresh and vibrant in taste. There is comfortable seating which is great for dining in or studying, although it was closed during the peak of the pandemic. Service is very good as the staff is patient and agreeable. Would recommend!Parking: Parking is right outside the shop but is sometimes full, often during Friday evenings.

On one of my many trips from Carmel to Napa I happened to discover this little gem of a store. It was such a delight to find someplace I could look forward to on my many trips up north. This happens to be just over half way and makes for a convenient place to get my wake up coffee and to choke down a delicious donut. Now I don't go for just any old cake donut. No sir. I prefer the fancy looking French donuts. The ones with all the swirls in the texture. And biting into it is like biting into a light and fluffy cream puff. All air and almost no dough.. J orefer just the simple glazed ones. And not every donut shop offers them. On those shops I just walk out. But so good to find someone who really knows how to create them. Paired with a good cup of hot coffee with cream and stevia and I'm ready to head up to Napa once again. I plan on going back again and again and again.

Donuts are okay but my issue is how they're ripping ppl off on the price of their coffee! I got a medium ice coffee and it was all ice! I took like maybe 5 sips and it was gone! Never again will I buy from here! I stopped going to Starbucks for the same reason
