First time going here tonight. We came in sort of close to close and had superior service and friendly service with no feeling of being rushed. The restaurant was clean. The food was all so fresh and perfect. I can't say enough about the quality and freshness and was not prepared with excess oil at all. We enjoyed sweet and sour rock fish which was glossy white fish cooked to perfection. Mu shu pork, chicken lettuce cups and chow mein. allperfect. thanks so much for a perfect meal

Sad to say this is probably my last time getting food from this place. The pros: Staff is friendly and order cooked to completion was quick. The Con: Placed an order for 4 items online, but half the order was wrong. Got the honey pepper Angus Ribeye, salt and pepper shrimp with shell, East Ocean Pork Chop (peking sauce), and bitter-melon fish fillet. The shrimp I got was without shell and was almost just like a breaded fried shrimp - they are cooked differently. I called back to inquire and they told me that they ran out with shrimp with shells. I'm a little surprised here given that they have "seafood restaurant" in their name and was expecting them to have this common ingredient - ok whatever. Then I inquired about the honey pepper angus ribeye, it was different in terms of ingredients and the taste/flavor from when I had it at the Walnut Creek and Alameda locations. What I got was with bell pepper and closer to Mongolian beef - will post a picture of comparison. Person on the phone said they got a new chef, but they have always cooked it the same way. I'm here thinking, why was it different from the past times I got it from the same place and from Alameda (keep it consistent). In addition, the beef provided was different, this time it was more in a sliced format, in the past it was more like a cube/chunk format. I basically paid $4-5 more for a different beef dish, while I was expecting angus beef. To their credit, they did offer to recook this dish for me, however, I already wasted time in driving in/out. They could've just adjusted the bill for the difference. The flavor overall was decent, but you can find better cooking at lower prices around the area.

Everything came steamy hot. Tasted delicious and was reasonably priced. Will definitely come back if I'm in the area.

Expensive dim sum and regular Chinese food.I'm not understanding how their prices can ve so sky high here but anyways the dim sum was like meh. You're paying for it because it's hard to find dim sum in Walnut Creek.Potstickers were chewy their drinks were subpar. Egg tarts had weird tasting crust and the pan fried chives were lukewarm inside. They're just steaming these quickly and dishing it out. Like reheated expensive Chinese dim sum.Service is slow, our party said skip this.

The dim sum here is pretty on point. Bit on the pricey side but definitely authentic. Ordering is easy with colorful photos and a whiteboard marker to write the orders with.

Hot and sour soup is excellent but i think the flat thin noodles that they use for crispy noodles is egg not the round wheat type so when you fry them they are hard to chew we had to throw them out even after soaking them in the sauce chicken mushroom buns are ok sticky rice was tasty too

The dim sum portions were average in taste but small in size. Very expensive.

First time at this location and it was delicious!! Also, very good size portions. There were six of us and we were starving and celebrating, so this is an unhealthy amount of fried food. But oh well. Service:Great staff/service was amazing. Water kept getting refilled. Everyone was polite and helpful and quick. I hardly ever remember to write reviews, but we just left and I wanted to give credit. Seating: Lots of 2 and 4 tops. There were 2 round tables that fit 8 people. They definitely would do well having a lazy Susan at these tables; passing food around a big table got a little wonky when all the dishes got served. Food:Two dim sum items, but ordered their appetizer size:-Salt and pepper calamari , lightly battered, salty, and sooooo garlicky. Everyone's favorite. -Salt and pepper tofu , needed more seasoning but it was delish with the table's chili paste/soy sauce and it was super crispy outside, and soft and creamy inside, not oily at all. -Hot and Sour Soup for 6 zero complaints, it was peppery, with the right amount of vinegar and soy sauce, plenty of tofu and bamboo shoots and chicken. -Garlic noodles with prawn only okay tasting dish out of all of them. Prawns were fresh, but plain. Garlic noodles were good, not great. -Mongolian beef, it was very good-Sesame chicken light batter and crispy, savory with a little sweetness. It was the only comparable replacement to Mandarin Garden's (RIP!! ) we've had since they closed down. -Salt and pepper Prawns perfect flavor, saltiness, fresh shrimp, light batter -Honey walnut prawns kids loved it, not my jam, but they said it was great. The mayo part isn't as sweet as other places and I appreciated that. -Garlic pea sprouts perfect!!! And huge portion. Cooked to perfection with a good crunch to them, garlic sauce was -half order of Peking duck - not that meaty, but very well done. Super moist meat, crispy and tasty skin. Plum sauce was great. -2 orders of sesame balls super tasty and fresh, perfectly fried and crispy outside, thicker than normal amount of rice flour dough and it's not red bean paste inside (maybe lotus), but it was delish. My kids loved them. Expensive IMO $9 for 3!! -white rice Kind of expensive, $250 for all above (no drinks ordered). But 11 dishes is A LOT. We brought home 4 little boxes of leftovers. $300 total as tip is included with 6+ guests. My family is VERY happy we finally found a new go to Chinese restaurant.
