Visited this place for the first time last week and ILL BE BACK THIS WEEK! Everyone was so kind, nice, and welcoming. EXCELLENT SERVICE. EXTENSIVE champagne collection followed by relaxing decor/setting. I even became a wine member! I look forward to continuing to support this incredible business, in such a prime and thriving location! Thank you!!

Great time celebrating an engagement celebration. I added it in the notes but no one acknowledged it. This location was very nice and clean. Most of the staff was friendly, it's very quiet most people selected outdoors but they should play light music to set a better lounge experience. I booked the Sunday brunch but the menu options didn't sound appealing so we opted for fries and beignets. Overall it was nice for a drinks only.

I purchased the date night package for four people, but apparently Open Table only charged me for two of us. The wait staff and management were not helpful in getting the error (which was not my fault) corrected. It was more than a half hour before they finally acknowledged the error and charged us for the other two people. They awkwardly served two of us while leaving the other two with an empty table. The staff repeatedly treated us a bother and did nothing to try to improve our experience. Mo one talked about the wines they were serving us. The lighting is too bright and the ambiance is more airport lounge than cozy wine bar. We won't come back.

Went here for my partners birthday and we had an amazing time. The wait staff was very attentive and engaging in conversation. We did the sabering and it was a great experience! Highly recommend the saber experience. My partner signed up to be a member so we will be back.

I was really excited to try Fizz- bringing Napa to WC, great idea. Upon arrival, I couldn't believe how humid the restaurant was. We ended up moving our seat outside because we couldn't handle the heat. The service was great however, we were really disappointed with the charcuterie board. Most of us look forward to charcuterie board with Wine and/or champagne. There board was nothing to be excited about! We did enjoy the duck fat french fries. The overall ambience need something, plants something to warm it up. Overall, it was a mediocre experience.

My first visit here was amazing, the manager was very knowledgeable and had plenty of recommendations and pairings. This time around our server couldn't sufficiently make recommendations, tasting notes, etc. while very kind and sweet - I wouldn't say she elevated the experience or felt like we were in a speciality spot.

Fizz is a great addition to WC! Raymond has curated one of the finest bubbles selections I have experienced. Great staff and very helpful. They also have several bubble clubs you may want to explore. Thank you Fizz, I am a huge fan!

My gf and I went at 2:30, so it was fairly quiet with only 2 other people there. The service was excellent. Attentive, non-intrusive, and friendly. The food was delicious and they have a wide variety of choices. Love the decor and ambiance. Would definitely recommend. I could see that the noise level would probably be louder with more people as the space is small.

Celebrated my 34th birthday with brunch at Fizz. Everyone had an amazing time, the decor is elegant, the menu is small but everything was super tasty! Service was fantastic! Will definitely be back whenever I need a champagne toast!

Visiting from out of town & my friend suggested we go to Fizz in Walnut Creek. We loved this space- so elegant & full of festive vibes. The champagne list is extensive with lots of options to accomodate varying budgets. I had a flight: the pours were very generous & the selection of champagnes was diverse & tasty. My friend ordered a champagne cocktail & loved it. We had an item from the food menu as well & it was delicious. The staff were engaging & helpful throughout the night. The indoor seating accoustics are boisterous at full capacity but grew quieter as the crowd lightened. A repeat visit is definitely antcipated.
The service was excellent and the champagne was great , we tried several of the appetizers and they were delicious, it is a small place and the only complaint is that it is very loud inside , it's hard to hear the conversation with the people at your table , overall it's a cute place and I would go again

Upon arrival, it appeared they were not really set up to honor our 7:30 pm reservation. We walked in No one greeted us so we stood there for a while . After we got a server attention and mentioned we had a 7:30 pm reservation, she attempted to see if she could find a place for us to sit . The seating offered was a spot they had we could squeeze into and not seating you would expect with a reservation. We said no thank you and decided not to stay
