I've been coming here for at least 25 years. The staff knows me and my family. The sushi is always fresh and not too much rice, which fills you up, so you can order more rolls! They have all the standard rolls and will customize them if you don't like certain fish. I like the sashimi combination, rose roll, black and white roll, and rainbow roll. They give you some cucumber and crab salad at the beginning of your meal for free. They have a few flavors of Mochi for dessert. They serve very quickly. It may take an hour or less most times we go.

I travel for work and I am a big fan of sushi. The food at this place is amazing. The flavors of the rolls are right on point, the sashimi is very fresh, and the people are fantastic. I love that this is a local business, and they’re doing a great job, I came back two days in a row. You have to try the salmon belly! And don’t forget to wash it all down with some delicious sake.

We recently moved here and are trying to find our new local sushi place, so we ate here a few nights ago. I am honestly FLOORED by all of the 5 star reviews. The only good thing about this place were the prices because I would have been super annoyed if this meal even cost a dollar more than it did. The food was highly mediocre, but I think made worse by the restaurant itself. It was quite dirty and we couldn’t wait to be done and leave. Luckily the service was fast. This is a nope.

My daughter in law brought us here and now I understand why they love this place so much! This restaurant is like family to my kids they have such great service, the best lion king roll I've ever eaten and the reason i think is the delicious rice! Great local restaurant!

Consistent good food and friendly service. The cucumber salads were delicious to open for a good meal. Black and white roll is my regular go-to. We also ordered double hamachi roll, seared salmon belly nigiri, saba, sweet shrimp and seared salmon nigiri were all perfect. The fried shrimp heads were particularly tasty so we ordered more from the kitchen afterwards. Agedashi tofu and shrimp tempura were light and crispy. The yakitori was packed with skewed chicken and veggies in between. We will be back for more.

Going to start off by saying this was my first time here. Getting into the place there was a line and it was fully seated. Place is a decent size not to big not to small with very clean bathrooms. Wait wasn't too long about 5 minutes or so. The food to me was amazing only really got sushi but it was great. I'm generally picky with sushi so everything we got didn't disappoint. Overall great experience would love to come back and try some other rolls

I love this place. Best sushi spot in Walnut Creek area. We tried others over the years and always find ourself here (which we almost eat weekly). We've been going to house or sake or picking up sushi to go for prob around 7 years and this place is always consistent and raw fish never disappoints. I would try this place if you haven't, they usually have 1-3 waiters so sometimes service may be slow when it's busy but it's what you expect and have patience's they are always hustling to service everyone. 5 stars always.

Solid sushi at this place for sure. The dining room is simple no frills but does the job. The service was pleasant and good timing. The quality of the fish was good and tasty. The location is just outside of downtown WC and with that makes it easy to park here and jump on the freeway if needed.
