Me and my boyfriend come here and eat inside once a week. The evening staff are pleasant and serve fresh food. I like the menu, so I'm happy. When using the drive-thru they haven't messed up an order yet.
Some of the reviews I read on here seem a bit out there, if you know what I mean. People need to remember to stay considerate.

Terrible. When I first came in and placed my order, the staff said “WHAT DO YoU WANT ” in a very angry voices. They had boxes of raw bad quality meat laying outside with the meat exposed. When I asked they said it was none of my business and to get out. I told them that I left my food in there and I needed to go get it but they just shooed me and I still walked away with my wallet light and my stomach starving. McDonald’s is better than this food.

The drive-thru staff is extremely friendly and efficient! The food at Jack in the Box is decent by fast food standards.
Google maps says it’s open but restaurant is closed for no reason. 06/19/25 1205. At least update your hours so people don’t waste time and gas.

This Jack in the Box location is an absolute disgrace. While waiting for my order, I watched the crew stack boxes of frozen food directly on the bare, dirty floor, all while continuing to serve customers like nothing was wrong. When I brought it up, the staff didn’t apologize or show any concern. Instead, they got extremely hostile and defensive. Zero professionalism, zero regard for basic food safety. I’ll never eat here again, and I strongly recommend others think twice before doing so.
