Pleased on every level! Their fried chicken sandwich is phenomenal. Seriously one of the best chicken sandwiches I've ever had.

Good for a quite bite! Ordering and cuisine is bistro style- tasty, quick, but leans to the pricey side for what you get. I had the blackened salmon salad, and with a drink, total bill was about $27. I typically have a rule that I don't tip if I have to stand to order, but they do bring your food to you and bus the table, so I did leave a small tip.

I LOVE this place! Staff is Amazingly friendly, food is fresh and delicious, they have a good selection. YOU GOTTA TRY THE URBAN FRIES (add steak). It's always clean, and the music is good.

How is this a a double chicken, double corn $25.00 salad?? I’ve been ordering from Jacks for years and they keep getting smaller and more expensive, but this is insulting

The food was great - classic American diner food with a few interesting twists. The service was prompt and friendly and the atmosphere was pleasant and inviting. Enjoyed a great lunch with a good friend. Perfect location for that sort of meeting.
