I had an excellent customer service experience here. I had the turkey meal with apple bacon brussels sprouts, mashed potatoes with gravy and cranberry pomegranate. It was so yummy! I highly recommend this place.

This was our favorite place to eat-even a favorite place to go with a group on staff development days. We all loved the chicken achiote bowl and other bowls, but are very disappointed with the black rice/quinoa combination being switched out for boring and less nutritional white rice. I am not sure that we will be returning any time soon. Very disappointed. 😢

I used to love this place. I went there every week just for their achiote chicken salad. They recently changed the recipe—swapped wild rice for white rice and reduced the amount of kale. Rice is more than half the dish now, with a thin layer of veggies. The rice is mushy and doesn’t hold the same texture of the previous recipe.

Other than that, the service is always good and people are friendly. I just wish they didn’t ruin my favorite dish. ):

One of my favorite places to dine locally. Super positive & clean atmosphere with friendly & helpful staff, & fresh & delicious 🤤 ingredients. I usually order a salad with a side of piping hot fries! Indoor/outdoor seating available! Highly recommend!

Honestly, the experience felt really off from the beginning. I ordered my usual tri-tip sandwich along with a custom salad to go. When I got home, I found sunflower seeds instead of corn, and there was even plastic in my salad. If I wasn’t allergic to sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, and nuts, I would have just took it and ate it. I took a few bites, noticed and then had to use my EpiPen.
Not exactly the healthy mix I expected! I should have taken it as a sign when they were rude and unwelcoming when I walked in; it felt like I was a burden to them. Don’t go to this location if you’re looking for good food and good service.

Casual atmosphere, order at the counter. Friendly, efficient staff. My Achiote Chicken Salad was fabulous. Chicken was juicy. The salad portion was great, with lots of kale, and crunchies. Great salad dressing as well. The French fries were also good.

Nice spot for families. The kids meals are good deals and the food comes out fresh with nice cuts on chicken and steak. Can add up with the side dishes but typical fare for walnut creek dishes. Food is fast and service is great.

Probably the worst tri tip sandwich I’ve ever had. 2 small pieces of meat on the sandwich with fat and gristle on each. Maybe it was just a bad chef but it wasn’t even close to being good.
