** Update: I submitted a message through the Jamba site and they responded and processed the refund. Unfortunately, it doesn’t take away from the hassle and frustration I had to deal with, but I’m adding a star (from 1 star to 2 stars) to reflect the response. **I placed an online order for pickup at 7:15am. It’s supposed to open at 7am. It’s 7:17 and no one is here; the store is closed. I called the Go Jamba number and it’s apparently outside of business hours; I have no idea how I’m going to get my refund, and it’ll probably be a pain to try. Extremely frustrating!

I feel bad leaving not great reviews, but I was disappointed with the service I got today. I always order an Orange-A-Peel, it's a classic i've had since i was 7 years old. and today when i ordered it the male server said "we don't have that recipe anymore". and overall his attitude was pretty rude. I've been able to order the orange-a-peel as recently as last week, i don't understand how they don't have it now at the same location. It's even still listed on their website. It just felt like he didn't want to look it up in their system or something.

This place has the worst service! The people here are SO rude, unprofessional. They made us stand there and wait for like 10 while the one guy in here washes dishes. Then he tells us we can't use our Jamba juice gift card because he says we didn't buy it at this specific location. Then they accidently give our drinks to another customer... It took us 30 minutes to get our drinks and then they didn't even taste like what we ordered but by this point we're like "forget it!". We will NEVER go to this Jamba ever again. AVOID THIS STORE AT ALL COSTS!

Workers are both fairly new and you can tell because the have 12 orders and they are doing them 1 by 1 and trying to figure where ingredients are located. Servings are below usual. And the taste is kinda watered down. Service was like we weren't welcome. Maybe a bad day but at least get one thing on point.

Waited 30 minutes for 3 smoothies watching as multiple mobile orders were fulfilled before ours. Only prepared 2 of them. After we reminded them we had 3 they proceeded to make the 3rd one in the wrong size. Poor attention to detail and the facilities smelled like either the cooling units for the fruit were not cold enough or it had not been cleaned in a long time. Will not be returning to this location.

The one star is for the over all decent and wonderful staff. There is a few younger kids who just stand there acting like there doing something but there just spraying the sink. This location is constantly out of everything, or something is broken. On top it’s normally always busy an there is a wait. I’ve stopped here one to many times to the point where I give up an just stop going here.

Really mediocre Jamba juice. They get your orders right about 60 to 65 percent of the time. Really wish I could wait to tip til after I confirm my order is correct. They seem understaffed

When I first walked in there were only two customers in the store: me and someone else. Since Ii've put my order in, more than ten customers have come in to get their mobile orders. My order still hasn't been started because the people behind the counter are working on mobile orders for customers who haven't even arrived yet. The person in the front is telling new customers at the register that it will be a 20 minute wait because of the amount of mobile orders. I think prioritizing people who are not in front of you as opposed to those who are is bad customer service. They started making my bowl after 20 minutes of waiting. The two people working behind the counter were very nice and obviously working hard... But I think that they've been told to prioritize mobile orders over customers in the store which I find frustrating. It feels like you are blatantly being ignored.

This is the second time at this store. They are the slowest Jamba Juice I've been to. With multiple staff members only one takes and complete orders.
