I stopped by expecting a basic experience as I was charging my car nearby. I was blown away by the customer service to start, everything was explained in a way that was easily digestible(literally) and the Ball-Tip sandwich recommendation was right on point. Sandwich was probably one of the best I’ve had in my life ,next time getting extra meat. Before heading out I was greeted by a different cashier, a young lady ,and asked her could I buy a single rib to try, after trying the ribs I know for sure this place is a favorite of mines now for sure! 5 stars!

This has to be the slowest place to get food. No one is in front of me and yet after 20 minutes no one has even taken my order. After 15 minutes I got one person saying sorry for the wait it’ll be only a minute longer.

Def not worth it if you don’t want to wait for 45 minutes to get your food.

The tri tip sandwiches at kinders are always amazing to try. The potato salad was okay, but the beans were good, but not sweet baked beans, and were a great compliment to the sandwich. The sandwich is simple, with tomato, lettuce, meat, and mayo (even if you dont love mayo try with a little bit) - and when you mix that with BBQ sauce, I ask for the hot bbq, it's absolutely amazing.

I work down the street and came in for a quick lunch.

Never been so I asked what was the best selling item. She said “the famous ball tip”

She notes it’s like a spicy pastrami.

Ordered it on Dutch crutch, comes with mayo, lettuce, tomato, mild bbq sauce, and comes with a medium drink.

Generally a good sandwich, well seasoned and a solid hot pastrami/beef sandwich. The bread could offer more crunch, was more like a soft crust. Theres a blazin ball tip sandwich which sounds like a spicier version, likely will try this next time.

Overall a cool quick deli/butcher shop. Interesting sandwich it’s and the sides, likely the Mac n cheese, looked great from the case.

I’ll be back for sure!

I tried ordering off DoorDash and the restaurant can’t even update the status of their food inventory. I sat around and waited for 35 minutes just to get an email from DoorDash saying that Kinder’s was out of pulled pork. What a joke! Maybe take the time to update your menu before people spend money and time ordering.

I haven't been to Kinder's since 2016 and this food is still amazing. The restaurant/shop is almost the same with the exception of more seasonings and sauces. The original sauce is still the best for the Tri-Tip sandwich. I ordered the tri-tip and the precooked ribs; absolutely amazing!! I purchased the sandwich to have as dinner at SFO but it was late; I waited until the next day and it was still amazing after I reheated it. I also found that I was given an extra side portion of the tri-tip meat on the side. I picked up some extra seasonings that I was not able to find at home (Florida). Was it worth the drive from Sacramento? Absolutely just to pickup some Kinder's; I would do it again in a heartbeat.

I moved to Texas, the land off BBQ and brisket, but have been seeing kinder's seasonings and sauces everywhere there. I came back to visit and had to have a sandwich. I got a ball tip sandwich a d it was as good as I remember. The meat was tender smokey and peppery and the roll was soft and delicious. The sauce was good as always and what I expect as I buy it regularly. As a person that makes, buys and eats BBQ regularly, this is still a good place to eat. Would recommend to anyone that wants meat.
