They put pork instead of beef in my Famous Ball tip double sanwich...I only realized something is wrong after eating first half.After complain to cashier that meat does not taste as intended and cut too thin - they gave me new one. thanks.But never they acknowleged the pork being out in there.I only realized back hole where I took the second half out the to go bag and showed to my wife before throwing it away.I like the beef one, but I don't eat pork. This could be a serious issue for many people.

I hate to leave bad reviews without actually trying the product , but management definitely need to knock on someone’s head !Called the store this morning and asked if they have and sell short beef ribs - spoke to young gentleman who actually went and checked for me, and then said YES they sell them, I told him I’ll be there shortly.Took my 3 kids with me went to the store and guess what , they said we don’t have any ribs .It caused Inconvenience and wasting 40 minutes of my time.

While there was a minor hiccup with my order being forgotten, the way the staff handled it was remarkable. They not only cooked my order promptly but also offered a generous portion of fries for free to make up for the inconvenience. This level of customer service truly turned my day around.The food was delicious, and I genuinely enjoyed the meal. My only hope is that they expand their menu to include more veggie options like veggie sandwiches in the future. I'll definitely be returning to this restaurant and highly recommend it to others. the manager Scott took my orrder ocer the phone and said it wouldbe 15-20 min.i arrived about 23 min and when i asked for my order to a mexican worker there he asked scott who was the one who took the order about my order and he shoutedto the cook to prepare my fries becausehe forgot.he didn’t apologize and was just trying to be funny to his workers and the mexican worker was the one apologizing and it wasnt even hos fault while the “manager” never apologized and didnt care at all.
explicitly asked for no barbecue sauce repeatedly, still was put on all my food. didn’t notice until i was already home. very disappointed and unsatisfied.

The food is top notch but the service is terrible. I understand they're busy but the clerk hung out in the back and didn't even notice me for 15 minutes. I told them I was there for a pick up and they just said someone will be with you shortly. There were no other people there ordering.

This place seriously never disappoints. The manager Christian never disappoints. He's so talkative and efficient with the customers. It takes some time but it would probably go quicker if they used a digital pos system. But seriously the staff is just incredible, the meat is fresh, and the service is immaculate.

Very disappointed in the service tonight. You'd figure for a double ball tip and tots for takeout would be an easy service order. Waited over 20 minutes until I checked at the counter. My food had been put aside without getting called for about 5 - 10 minutes, sandwich was barely lukewarm and tots were somewhat warm. Asked for no tomatoes on it and unfortunately came to find out it had them, and unless their protocol changed there was no small containers of bbq sauce added with the order.Extremely disappointed in the overall service considering they were not busy and was maybe 5 people in the entire restaurant as well.
