Unfortunately bit into what looks like a broken plastic utensil in the poki bowl. They give you metal utensils so idk where it could come from, decent food otherwise.

I was a frequent customer due to the turkey BLT sandwich but every time I go I’ve only gotten my food in a reasonable time once & I never complain. The most disappointing time though happened today, I called in my order & the associate said it would take 20 mins, I ordered my regular before so I could pick it up & enjoy on my lunch break. I showed up 20 mins later & they hadn’t even made it yet. They apologized but I told them I couldn’t wait. I understand business gets busy but to not even had it started is extremely disappointing won’t be returning for a long while.
