Food was actually pretty good. I don't do a lot of reviews but this restaurant was impressive. I went on a Monday afternoon with 5 people, and it wasn't really busy. I don't know how it's like on weekends/days where it gets busy, but the service was amazing.

Visited with my daughter for a lunch date. My second visit, her first. Great service and wonderful food. We “shared” two items, split an entree, and split a dessert. Fabulous, unique, delicious flavors! She and I both thoroughly enjoyed the restaurant! We will both be back!

Lita has a stylish and fun atmosphere and we loved being seated in a big booth. Service was adequate- we had questions about the menu that the server couldn't answer but he was able to get us the information requested quickly. I was disappointed in my dish, a Caribbean bowl with shrimp. The sauce that accompanied it was intensely, cloyingly sweet and salty and frankly, ruined the dish for me. I've been a few times before and enjoyed some of the ceviche, so I would go back for that.

I'm a tough critic and I loved my food and cocktail. Our waitress was great and knowledgeable. We sat outside which had several heaters and felt comfortable if you dress for the cold. We were glad to be outside. It was loud inside and a bit stuffy but nicely decorated. We will definitely go back.

Our lunch date at Lita was perfect. We enjoyed delicious entrees including chicken curry and steak frites, empanadas and refreshing nonalcoholic beverages. Inside tables are few, even with reservations, yet the outside patio is heated and lovely. Service is quick and friendly. Lunch offers time for conversation, with lower music levels, a real bonus for mature diners.

This place is always amazing. Every time I come through, everything is so good. The decor/energy really gives South American + Miami vibes — like a little hotspot moment in downtown Walnut Creek. And yes... the food is 100% Instagram-worthy, but it actually tastes just as good (if not better). I'm honestly never disappointed. If I had to nitpick, the tables are on the smaller side, so it can feel a little cramped when it's busy. But that's not gonna stop me from coming back again and again. Lydia is definitely the spot if you want great food, great service, and even better drinks. 🍸🔥

Thank you to the entire staff! We had such a lovely experience. Since it was my fiancés birthday all he wanted was to be fed a filling dinner! of course we ended up here. The dinner menu is spectacular, filled with a large variety of dishes. The skirt steak was cooked perfectly, the presentation alone, felt like a masterpiece. Can't wait to be back soon.We also had the oxtail plate, the tiny yams on the side were cooked perfectly and well seasoned.

The food very underwhelming, not a true representation of Caribbean food (definitely not the Jamaican side anyhow). Any restaurant where the chef is not willing to meet with patrons, that's also another key indicator that it may just not be up to par! At least send a message something. However, the ambience and location are great. Perhaps better for happy hour!
