We were so excited when we learned Model Bakery was coming to WC, making it much easier to get their delicious English muffins. We’ve come for those, of course, and also enjoyed their breakfast sandwiches, croissants, scones, cookies and baked breads. All are delicious. My go to is the apricot pecan scone and the chocolate rad cookie. So rich and decadent. My husband loves the epi baguette, which we usually only get when in Napa. Interesting english muffins. They are good but i dont think they are all cracked up to the hype. I like my english muffins tart with that sourdough taste. These lack it. They are just different but good.
Really love the fact that they have a single option for the eggs benedict. Can never go wrong with their english muffins. I heard this Southern Sausage Eggs Benedict is a special to the Walnut Creek branch.
